It was a lovely relaxing place with a great atmosphere and facilities. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The beach was only a 10 min walk away through the culture rich town. |

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean with good facilities. In the evening when we wished to relax on the balcony or even inside our room we found it very noisy from neighbouring hotels and bars. One evening there was no hot water for a bath. It turned out this was a problem throughout the whole hotel. Not something one expects of a "Luxury" hotel in the upper price bracket. |

Lovely suites with lots of facilities, extremely clean. Very tranquil hotel with plenty of grounds Although breakfast was good. Only ate twice at hotel in evening but food in restaurant at night disappointing for 5 star hotel. |

It's an "atipical" but a real-5-star hotel - very cosy atmosphere, with friendly and personally involved staff (especially Mrs. Ana & Mrs. Laura). It does not look like the usual 5-star touristic giant. We really felt like we had our own hacienda, with some friendly neighbours around. Superb nature decoration in the gardens and around the pool. Perfectly clean and elegant rooms. Pretty close to the beach, still far enough from noise. Felt spoiled there during our honeymoon. Definitely will stay again there. Swimming in the pool is not allowed after 8 PM. For the room cleaning staff, the "Do not disturb" sign just means that they can come in anyway, but act as very discrete and polite (happened more than once). Breakfast could be a bit more variate and fulfilling. |

The facilities and staff were excellent for a small hotel. It was a great place to just relax, read books and recharge the batteries. The hotel and facilities would have been better placed with more grounds as it was it was tightly fitted into a private housing estate and did not have any sea views. |

The service of the whole staff was excellent, very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very, very clean hotel with excellent rooms (suites), nicely decorated. Quiet hotel, no loud music / entertainment. This hotel is nr. 1 on our list! We will certainly come back. The lunch menu (incl.drinks) is overpriced. |

Das Haus hat enorme Service-, vor allem aber auch Sicherheitslücken und fällt hinter dem mir sonst bekannten Melia-Standard (Z.B. Melia Berlin) stark ab. Zudem konzentriert es sich . wie viele Betriebe auf Mallorca - auf englische Gäste, was sich vor allem im F&B-Bereich, aber auch generell niederschlägt. |

Prachtige kamers met alle luxe en comfort, vriendelijk personeel, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, heerlijk ontbijt, gratis spa/fitness/wellness. Klein zwembad en niet veel ruimte rondom het zwembad. Toen wij er verbleven, zaten er constant spelende kinderen in het water met bootjes en speelgoed, wat voor een helse drukte zorgde. |

Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Personal amable y muy atento y profesional. Buen restaurante en las cenas. Falta de rampas (dificil en el caso de ir con cochecito de bebés). Servicio de las cenas lento (se tarda mucho en cenar, entre cada plato). Falta sitio para colgar toallas o bañadores mojados (tipo tendedero o similar) |

Una estancia corta pero muy, muy agradable. Todo perecto y es un hotel para estancia de relax y tranquilidad total. Estancia 10, personal 10. Para repetir proximamente. Es la segunda vez este año que nos hospedamos en hoteles Sol Melià y observamos que en tiempos de crisis en que estamos, la empresa reduced personal lo que repercute en la calidad del servicio ofrecido ( por ejemplo tiempor de espera largo a la hora de cenar ). |

Die Einführung in das Hotel, sowie das sehr aufmerksame Hotelpersonal, das unaufdringlich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen versuchte. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! zu wenig Unterhaltung, der Pianospieler war selten anwesend, somit war auch die Bar meistens sehr leer. |

Der Lärm durch 2 in rund 100 Metern entfernte englische Open-air-Discos bis ca 00:30 Uhr und die überaus grelle Nachtbeleuchtung desHotelgartens, die laut Hotelinformation um 24:00 Uhr ausgeschaltet werden sollte aber bis gegen Morgengrauen durchbrannten und einen er-holsamen Schlaf zunichte machte. Das Frühstück war auf englische Be-dürfnisse abgestellt, das mallorquinische Frühstücksangebot mangelhaft. Der Umgang mit Beschwerden war schlecht! |

Das Hotel liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Hier kann man des nachts ohne Störungen schlafen, Voraussetzung ist allerdings, das die Fenster verschlossen sind. Die Matratzen sind komfortabel ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Vieles ist auf das englische Publikum abgestimmt. Das Brot ist trocken und auf den Lachs befanden sich häufig braune flecken. |
