Size of room/appatment, good location for centre and beach,good value for money Food a little boring but fine for what we paid, little worn and could do with a bit of a make over. |

The location, staff very helpful, very clean rooms, pool area. All and all a very enjoyable experience. Stayed in 2003, 2004 & now 2009 and not disappointed. Will return again.Thank you! |

The weather Very loud and persistant music. Breakfast was a shambles and always running out of glasses, cups, tea bags, many items of food. Dining room very short of staff. Had to make own beds on thursdays and Sundays. No porters. Use of room safe expensive, could buy one for the price I paid. |

obiadokolacje - zróżnicowane menu i miła obsługa, niedaleka odległość apartamentu od plaży, zaangażowanie animatorów. Czystość tzn. jej brak - pod prysznicem zastaliśmy włosy poprzednich lokatorów, grubą warstwę kurzu na ramie łóżka, brudne lustro w łazience nawet zaraz po sprzątaniu. Przez cały pobyt ani razu nie wymieniono nam pościeli, a niemiły zapach nie pozwalał zasnąć... nie polecam! |

Su ubicación,está muy céntrico y cerca de la playa,y a la vez es tranquilo.La relación calidad/precio con la oferta de booking es buena,y la comida es aceptable.Los apartamentos son amplios y con dormitorio aparte. El mantenimiento a estas alturas de temporada flojea un poco.Los horarios de comida,sobre todo a la cena un poco corto 18.30-20.00. |

les repas sont servis le soir jusqu'à 20h30, horaire inadapté pour les vacances. La qualité du buffet est médiocre, le service insuffisant. La propreté générale piscine et chambre passable. Environnement bruyant dans les batiments et à l'extérieur. |

El hotel esta bien, en relación calidad precio. La zona esta muy bien y las calas de alrededor son fabulosas. Lo que no me gusto del hotel es que no había españoles y eran todo ingleses y alemanes.Y la hora de la cena de 18:30 a 20:30., podría ser como mínimo hasta las 21:30. |

Todo en particular, hoteles como ese deberian abundar mas le dan buena imagen a mallorca, buen servicio, la habitacion bastante bien, la comida excelente, la verdad tres dias de lujo. Lo unico, la animacion, deja que desear, no engancha a la gente a quedarse en el hotel, la encontramos muy sosa, apenas habia gente,pues las cosas que daban no eran interesantes. |

El hotel en si es del agrado del cliente gracias a sus instalaciones y su cercanía con las playas y el centro urbano del pueblo, en conclusión, muy bien ubicado. La limpieza brillaba bastante por su ausencia y muchos clientes se despertaban muy pronto, pero ante eso no se puede hacer nada. |

La ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno estaba bien. Los colchones bién y era bastante tranquilo. En general una buena estancia, solo estabamos en el apartamento para dormir. El estado del complejo y el apartamento, La nevera oxidada, muebles viejos y rotos. Una tele de solo 14 pulgadas. No cambiaron las sabanas e incluso nos llegarón a decir que hicieramos nuestras propias camas el dia de llegada. Un poco fuerte... La ducha estaba mal, no la arreglaron en nuestra estancia. Por ultimo 3 de los 6 dias no había agua caliente para ducharse. |

het was er netjes,personeel was vriendelijk,6 dagen schone handdoeken en de kamer werd opgeruimd,bedden werden opgemaakt en regelmatig verschoont. wij lagen tegenover de receptie waardoor er 's nacht meerder keren een bus naast ons appartement stopte met draaiende motor een tijdje stond om nieuwe gasten te brengen en te halen wat niet prettig is omdat het erg gehorrig is en je nachtrust erg verstoort. dit gelde ook voor de vuilcontainers die 's nachts rond 2 uur naast ons appartement geleegt werden. |

¡No nos ha gustado nada! Fue imposible dormir. Había un perro que ladraba desesperadamente de las 2 a las 5 de la mañana. También, cada dos noches, a eso de las 4 de la madrugada, pasaba un camión a recoger las sábanas sucias y hacía mucho ruido transportando los carritos con la ropa sucia hasta el camión. Además, también pasaba el camión de la basura. |
