The apartment was very clean and quite, the price was adequate to the standard of the rooms and the service was very polite, we enjoyed the entertainment program at the hotel (flamenco, belly dance and promotions at the bar).

The water in the swimming pools was rather cold, sometimes at the reception desk we were given inconsistent information depending on the receptionist. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

Good location to anything that matters. Kind and helpful staff. Extreme cleanliness.

A tremendous amount of noise 24/7. Both from other rooms inside and from outside. This is not a family-friendly hotel as they claim, but a summer camp, in the peak season at least. Many guests were pretty rude.

We found the staff to be very helpful, all of whom make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Two things. The flamenco evening we attended, there were a lot of tables reserved. It turned out that these were for non guests who came for a buffet meal and then to watch the flamenco. We, paying guests of the hotel were not able to reserve a table! Consequently, when all these folks arrived, having had their meal, they sat down directly in front of us, blocking our view. We had been there for over an hour, because we could not reserve a table! And parking, the hotel charges for this, but does not point out there is a steep kerb to drive up to enter the garage. So, if you can`t use this garage, parking is very difficult to find. Not to mention very expensive.

The location is excellent in Calella center, one hour from Barcelona by convenient local train. We, three girls, stayed in apartment, which was worth the money. Apartment was fully equipped with kitchen and air conditioning. The staff was helpful.

They didn't wash dishes or change the bed linen during our one week stay. The towels were changed. We had to pay 100 € deposit when checking in, and it was returned after control of apartment condition when checking out. I would anyhow visit this hotel again.

le menage dans la chambre n'a jamais ete fait,les draps n'ont pas ete changer depuis n'otre arrivée en deux semaines et les serviettes devaient etre remplacées tous les trois jours et ça n'ont plus ça n'a pas été (échange des serviettes une fois par semaines).

nous avions réservé la chambre "lune miel" pour le jaccuzi ( 1 personne ), par rapport au prix il n'y a rien a dire : belle terrasse vu panoramique sur l'ensemble de calella avec chaise longue ( la vue de la mer se fait a travers les immeubles ), grand lit, réfrigérateur : séjour très agréable, grâce à la proximité de la mer ( 5min a pied ) et les commerces / restaurants a 50m de l'hotel, chambre confortable et petites attentions : coffret bains mossant, chocolats, bouteille de vin, pétales de roses et bougies.

il ne faut pas regarder les finitions ( déco mal approprié " lune de miel ", carrelage pas droit...), ménage rapide, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix mais la qualité est industrielle! a noter la proximité de l'hopital et des sirènes des ambulances une fois sur la terrasse. l'hotel reste pour nous un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux services et à sa situation géographique.

Cibo di bassa qualità ma in abbondanza. La piscina è molto piccola e poco soleggiata. Frastuono e musica fino all'1 di notte
