the staff were very helpful, the manager, the desk staff, the dining room and the singing ladys who cleaned the rooms daily. the rooms large and comfortable, the breakfast, lovely and the spa beautiful. Everything went very smoothly. The olympic pool seemed to be advertised as part of hotel facilities, this is not so, only available as part of a pre booked arrangment as club, not an individual. As our prime reason was to swim, this was a concern. However it was sorted out with extreem efficiency, I was very impressed with the management. Will return again with more swimmers. The pool is amazing. |

The stay was good value and the breakfast was extensive for the price, and the staff serving the buffet breakfast were excellent! The hotel staff were very helpfull, willing and informative, and 2 gratis entrance's to the spa next door (over a week) was definately a bonus. Air con in rooms was good and affective! The bed's were ok but very very firm but did not affect my stay! |

La atencion al cliente, me han hecho sentir muy agusto en la estancia. Ademas, el Spa es increible, las instalaciones son geniales. Y el precio era inmejorable. Sin duda hice la mejor eleccion. |

Klein gemoedelijk hotel met vriendelijk onthaal. Goede ligging.Comfortabele kamers met alle voorzieningen. Fantastische spa in de kamerprijs inbegrepen, extra olympisch zwembad (niet voor recreatie, wel voor het baantjes zwemmen). Deze gratis faciliteit maakt de kamerprijs erg laag. Vrij gebruik van afgesloten garage voor fietsen. |

lo staff disponibilissimo e la possibilità di avere una spa dove potersi rilassare anche quando le giornate erano un pò uggiose essendo un albergo in costa brava è frequentato da giovani, nel periodo del mio soggiorno vi erano comitive di ragazzi che praticavano sport un pò troppo rumorosi, ma nel complesso è stata una buona vacanza |

Già in passato ho utilizzato questo hotel, a mio avviso è un buon hotel, familiare per alcuni aspetti e pulito. Una buona struttura, posizione centrale, non avrei problemi a consigliarlo anche ad altri viaggiatori. |
