Cleanliness of room, good aircon, good shower, adequate comfort, discreet cleaners Breakfast food utterly disgusting and dreadful. Bread rolls stale, fruit dry and inedible, no raw yoghurt, two cereal choice only (sweetened and stale), coffee from machine undrinkable, eggs uncooked and cold, bacon slimy, sausages like dog turds. Worst in forty years of travel |

The hotel was very clean and everyday they left our room spick and span. The hotel location was perfect to all amities and facilities like shopping and train station. Food did not cater a lot for kids. Animation and entertainment was very poor especially in the evening. Pool is very small for the hotel. Very few staff can communicate in english. |

Food offered for all-inclusive booking was quite good. Spacious room. Very helpful ladies at reception. Swimming pool is very small. When we stayed there was construction work right behind the window on the street and it was noisy in the mornings. |

Loccation was excellent for the seaside. Pool very small. Being able to buy seaside loungers at hotel reception left them half price rather than buying them at the beach. It was a very quiet area. The weather was beautiful which added to the holiday. The entertainment in the hotel has huge room for improvement. In fact there was very poor activities in the evening. |

This is a beautiful hotel and the entire hotel and rooms were immaculate no problems in this respect. The food at this hotel however was truly awful. It was a buffet selection and often looked like sludge - it was obviously the cheapest of ingredients which I understand given the price but the chef/s could not cook anything remotely edible day after day. Food food food - resort very run down stuck in the 80s lots places shut down. Would recommend hotel as fair value for money as is very cheap and clean good for shirt staff if you can eat sludge or macdonalds ever6y night. Being pregnant I was particuarly fussy re food but my husband wil eat anything and he couldnt even stojmach it. |

Access to the train to Barcelona. Accessible to the town centre shops and bars and restaurants . Most of the entertainment was enjoyable both during te day and at night. The food was below standard for a four star hotel and the dining room was chaotic at times with the tea/coffee machines breaking down and running out of cups etc. |

The hotel was ideally situated for transportation links to Barcelona etc,right on the fringe of town for easy access and right on the sea front excellent location. Expensive to get from Gerona airport and back by taxi 65 euros each way |

We thought that room with a view was very good and that diningroom was beautyful. The personel at the reception was not so seviceminded. |

Hotel was very good rooms,cleanliness and facilities. Wide variety of food available not always to english taste,but this is up to the ldividual.Arrive early to ansure freshness.I would have hated to have payed top rate for this Hotel. |

the hotel was enjoyable and all the staff were friendly, the jacuzzi and sauna was lovely and the fact you have it to yourself for the hour when booked was brill. cant go wrong with the all inclusive as if your not you have to pay for some things like the jacuzzi etc. entertaiment wast great but we did go in march so wasnt in season |

We used this beach hotell off-season and got very good value for money.The distance to Barcelona is with car acceptable, it is also a train connection we didn't use. We had half board. The meals were acceptable but not great, Good value for money! They need to get WLAN installed, two internet PCs in the lobby is outdated! |

Very clean. Every day room cleaning. Very good price for this type of hotel even out of season. Great connection with RENFE to Barcelona. Food was not very good but ok. |

hotel bien situé ( plage et rues à proximité ), chambre et espaces communs agréables et très bien entretenus le personnel d'accueil , des services restauration et bar peu sympathiques dans l'ensemble. les buffets peu variés , nourriture indigne d'un 4 étoiles ( pates, riz, pommes de terre à tous les repas! très peu de légumes et de fruits! pas de variétés de viandes et poissons) cuisine grasse et sans gout ! |
