The staff ere very helpful. Breakfastwas nice. rooms very comfortable. The walls are too thin, and noise travels from room to room. there is no prking in the hotel, and you may have to park a block or two away from the hotel. wireless internet is only n the loby. |

We liked the presentation and comfort in the room, reasonably sized balcony and bathroom with good facilities. The cleanliness and cleaning staff were top notch. So much better than the Olympic next door. |

The staff has been very helpful, swimming pools and jacuzzis work properly and are so many, no limit on food and beverages. Rules of the hotel are mostly unattended. Staff should be more severe with unattending people. |

Good variety of food. Good value for money. Walls very thin so very noisy especially at night when trying to sleep. Lots of children running around. Poor evening entertainment. Lift system inadequate. |

- The food was awfull: same food for 10 days ... recycling food from one day to another ... bad value for the money; all-inclusive is the worst service we recieved in Europe; my advice: don't go there !!! - la nourriture était horrible: la même nourriture pour 10 jours ... recyclage de la nourriture d'un jour à l'autre ... mauvaise valeur pour l'argent; tout compris, c'est le pire service que nous avons reçu en Europe, mon conseil: ne pas y aller! |

I liked sauna, jacuzzi, food (we have all inclusive and also was something new and intresting to eat), bads which were very, very big and confortable. I did'n like that we don't alowed to swiming in pull at night. |

We stayed all inclusive. Food was good and selection of drinks good. Nice swimming pool and great location. We will never stay at this hotel again for one reason only. The walls were paper thin between rooms, we got no sleep the first night due to loud TV next door and could hear every word spoken in adjoining rooms. Had a change of rooms next morning which was just as bad. |

Friendly staff, decent sized rooms, good facilities, quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the cewntre of town. There are the inevitable British guests boozed up and inconsiderate so it is best not to go to bed before midnight. |

Location and food was lovely, great selection. Facilities werent great. In door pool v. small and the fact I was staying half board I was told i needed to pay more for use of Jauqusis and sauna, this made me feel little cheap infront of g.friend as I thought this would have been included. Lift service not great but to be expected with volume of people in hotel. |

todo mal, las almuadas estaban sucias llenas de rimel, estabamos en la 1ª planta y cuando salias al balcon olia a basuras, no podias tener el balcon abierto , cuando entras ala habitacion resulta que no hay mando de la tele, despues de haber hecho un monton de cola, tienes que volver a hacer cola para que te den el mando,cuando resulta que la chica del recepcion nos lo tenia que haber comunicado desde un principio , y para colmo se quedan tu dni hasta que te marches del hotel...... el lababo muy sucio lleno de pelos... no volveremos nunca mas!!! |
