We found the staff to be very helpful, all of whom make your stay as comfortable as possible. Two things. The flamenco evening we attended, there were a lot of tables reserved. It turned out that these were for non guests who came for a buffet meal and then to watch the flamenco. We, paying guests of the hotel were not able to reserve a table! Consequently, when all these folks arrived, having had their meal, they sat down directly in front of us, blocking our view. We had been there for over an hour, because we could not reserve a table! And parking, the hotel charges for this, but does not point out there is a steep kerb to drive up to enter the garage. So, if you can`t use this garage, parking is very difficult to find. Not to mention very expensive. |

Near the beach. Staff always very helpful. Apartment very spacious and clean. Ate at hotel one evening and meal was reasonable for price. Mislead re swimming pool. Expected a larger pool. Didn't expect to have to pay extra for use of "adult" pool. My 15 and 17 year old daughters weren't considered "adult" for use of pool yet were considered "adult" when paying for meals. I used sofa bed in apartment as bed. There were therefore no other easy chairs in apartment to use. |

The location is excellent in Calella center, one hour from Barcelona by convenient local train. We, three girls, stayed in apartment, which was worth the money. Apartment was fully equipped with kitchen and air conditioning. The staff was helpful. They didn't wash dishes or change the bed linen during our one week stay. The towels were changed. We had to pay 100 € deposit when checking in, and it was returned after control of apartment condition when checking out. I would anyhow visit this hotel again. |

We liked everything and the apartment that we stayed in was first class.I Hope to visit again, bringing my family next time. The pool was too small to swim in and was quite cold. We would also have liked more than one key to the apartment, to enable people to separate from the group if they wished to. |

Small pool with 4 sunbeds. Excellent location. Nice Jacussi area. Large apartment balcony a bonus. Very spanish resort which we liked. |

В целом было бы хорошо, если бы не пришлось в первый день переселяться в другие, меньшие апартаменты, поскольку в наших был жуткий запах мебельного лака, который поначалу персонал пытался заглушить освежителями. Плюс испортило впечатление то, что был обворован номер наших друзей (деньги, фотоаппарат). Подозрение на персонал или людей как-то относящихся к отелю, т.к. номер был открыт ключом, без следов взлома. |

Nous avons aimé: la situation de l'hotel( vieille ville, proximité de la plage , de la gare Renfe ), la décoration, popreté, le personnel et la cuisine. Bon rapport qualité prix Habitant la campagne, c'est un peu bruyant: mais c'est la ville! |

el hotel está muy bien localizado, el trato del personal fue exquisito. El buffet no había bollería y los horarios tanto de la salida del hotel como de los desayunos. |
