El personal es muy agradable. El patio central con la piscina está bien. Teniamos una hábitación en planta baja y pudimos aparcar el coche en la puerta de la misma para cargar y descargar maletas. Necesita una reforma. El mobiliario es antiguo y sobre todo el baño está mal. La bañera con desconchones oxidados.El buffet es escaso y si quieres probarlo todo tienes que cenar a las 18,30 cuando lo habren porque luego se agotan los platos. |

Wir haben hier wunderbar geschlafen. Die Aparments sind sauber. Handtücher werden alle zwei Tage, Bettwäsche einmal die Woche gewechselt. Schön war es auch einen Balkon zu haben und eigene Kochmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren nicht wirklich gut. In Cafés haben wir für den gleichen Preis besser gegessen. Leider gabe es in unserem Apartement ein Ameisennest, wofür wir aber vom Hotel entschädigt wurden. |

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale alla reception, l' ampiezza delle camere con zona soggiorno,angolo cottura e balcone. Il cibo non era male considerando che si trova fuori dall'Italia! Dovrebbero rinnovare i mobili del soggiorno e camera da letto,e migliorare lo stato della doccia nel bagno. |

la localisation géographique (au milieu de nulle part), les repas, le manque d'animation (aucune), le all inclusive qui fnit à 23h le soir. Nous avions séjourné au san jorge (elba) en mai et avons réservé au castillo pensant qu'il s'agissait du même hotel car les photos sur booking sont similaires. Nous fumes vraiment très décus... |

la tranquilidad que existe a cualquier horario del dia,es un hotel donde las noches son fantasticas porque se respeta el silencio la unica pega que vimos fue que no dejan instrucciones para manejar el microondas de las habitaciones |

al llegar nosa dieron una habitacion sin limpiar ,nos cambiaron y nos volvieron a dar una habiatacion sin haber limpiado tras la ultima salida,al darnos la tercera nos dijeron que si esta no estaba lipmia no podian darnos mas por que esperaban llegadaos al dsia siguiente y no tenian mas nunca nos habia pasada algo parecido |

Le personnel accueillant. Une grande piscine. Un cocktail le soir de l'arrivée. La facilité de stationner un véhicule.L'appartement avait une chambre séparée et il était très grand. L'appartement était très vétuste, le balcon cassé, les lits et le canapé très anciens et inconfortables. Le micro onde rouillé, certains ustensiles de cuisine mal entretenus. La distance avec la ville très éloignée et le quartier est composé de lotissements en construction plus ou moins abandonnés... Un autre appartement aurait pu peut-être faire changer notre avis. |

Los apartamentos son muy amplios, y tranquilos. Los que tienen vista sobre la pisina son los mejores. El personal es muy simpatico y agradable. La ubicacion no esta mal en cuanto a la tranquilidad, pero quizas un poco lejos de centro de intéres para los que no tienen coche. |

Het eten was lekker en gevarieerd. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De gratis busdienst naar het commerciële centrum en strand was heel handig. Jammer genoeg was de sauna en jacuzzi niet in werking tijdens ons verblijf. ( onderhoudswerkzaamheden) Het uitrusting in de keuken was vrij beperkt. |

het is een (erg) rustige plek net buiten Calete Fuste. Er is een eigen service bus en je kunt via de kustweg prima wandelen/hardlopen. Voor een paar dagen verblijf is de locatie ok. Een ideale plek om de dag voor vertrek ivm afstand vliegveld te verblijven. Er is prima openbaar vervoer vanaf omgeving hotel naar de luchthaven.. het is er in januari erg stil wbt mensen en activiteiten! Net naast het hotel is de aanvliegroute voor de vliegtuigen maar ik vond dit niet hinderlijk. . |
