Helpful, accommodating staff that never made you feel like you were bothering them; almost "shadowlike" housekeeping service; nice to be near beachfront; good air conditioning Room a little too sparse; also would like a "real" king bed, not two twins put together; I could hear the next door guests; room service menu not too inviting. It was barely 4-star, more like a 3 - 3.5 star |

Great location for the beach and old town. Bit expensive but then you are in Sitges!! Paintwork a bit shabby around lift doorways which let the overall first impression down |

The standard of the room, which had a balcony and sea view, was very good with contemporary decor and high standard of cleanliness The reception staff never smiled - to the point of baing surly. Likewaise the staff in the pool bar. This contrasted with the household and booking staff who were very friendly |

Easy access to beach (just across the road) and bright airy rooms. We booked a sea view room with balcony. Got that but our room was at the end of the building so you had to lean out over the balcony to get the sea view! |

central location of hotel was very good, and very quiet for its location too. my room was exactly as i booked, and was large, confortable and very clean, bathroom was very spacious and spotless, breakfast was not included in the room rate, but mini bar prices were good for a 4 star hotel. |

proximity to the beach and city centre. Renovation of rooms seemed gloomy (grey boring colors) and quite cheap. The hotel is a 3-star hotel, extremely overpriced. Never again. |

The location can't be beaten. It is right across the street from one of the main gay beaches. It is next to great restraunts and close to the bars and clubs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is also a business/convention hotel, but it has a nice holiday atmosphere. We have been on the road for six weeks and this is the first hotel with a real double bed ( no split in the middle) The hot water was inconsistent, but really a very minor problem. |
