Excellent location. I chose a room with a sea view and was not dissapointed - the view was stunning! My visit was to see the Moors and Christians festivities and the proximity of the hotel to all the events was perfect. I am a female and was travelling alone so the town centre location was great, I had lots of choice for eating and drinking within a very short walk of the hotel. The airconditioning, fridge and balcony light didn't work in the original room I was allocated, I mentioned it at reception on my first morning but nothing was done about it until I insisted on being moved on my second morning, it did rather spoil things for me having to up sticks in the middle of a short break. I would not say that this hotel was 4 star, it may have been in the past but things are getting tatty around the edges and the service is just not quite there. |

The original decor was nice and location was great.Good sea views from the dining area. The ac unit in my room was not working and you could see that some parts of the hotel were getting a little run down from general wear and tear but overall still pleasant. I did not have an iron in my room and when one was requested there was none available and I needed to pay someone to iron individual items if needed. |

near to the sea and evering thing you could want shops bars ect a well placed front line hotel having to pay for useing the hotel car park this should free if you are staying at the hotel as a paying guest also the breakfast bacon ect could have been hotter |

Nos gustó mucho la situación del hotel (teniamos vistas al mar, excelentes a playa, paseo, peñon de Ifach), Tranquilidad, amplitud, luminosidad, calidad de Buffet muy buena, habitación excepcional. No se podía controlar la climatización de la habitación y nada detallistas puesto que fueron nuestras bodas de plata, tenían conocimiento de ello y no tuvieron ni un miserable detalle. |

Ligging en uitzicht, maar daarover meer hieronder, vriendelijk personeel, propere en mooie kamers. Wat mij stoort is het feit dat men bij het inchecken vraagt of u een kamer met uitzicht op zee wenst, weliswaar met een toeslag van 16 € per dag, en wanneer je zegt dat dit niet hoeft, men je toch die kamer geeft zonder opleg omdat het hotel volgeboekt zit en er geen andere kamers meer zijn.....dit neigt een beetje naar oneerlijke praktijken niet ?By the way, 9 € per dag om de auto te stallen in de ondergrondse parking is ook genoeg... |

La situación del hotel y el personal. El personal muy amable y agradable. La ducha no se gradúa muy bien. Al menú de la cena le falta algo más de variedad. El servicio de SpA los domingos podría tener un horario más extendido, sobre todo si al día siguiente Lunes es festivo y hay bastante cliente en el hotel. |

Lo que mas me gusto fue lo bien que esta situado ,en frete de la playa, el spa,el personal, la tranquilidad, las vistas de mi habitacion,la comida y desayuno no habia mucha variedad, pero si cantidad y calidad. Quiero destacar al personal, por su amabilidad y porque consiguieron que mi estancia fuera muy agradable, gracias. El spa genial, recomiendo masaje de piedras frias y calientes. Cuando lo reserve lo hice especialmente por la foto de la habitacion y la terraza cuando llegue no se correspondia, principalmente la terraza, la habitacion es la misma, pero la terraza puede ser mas grande y con una mejor visibilidad que otras. Deben modificar las fotos, no se corresponde con la realidad. Y la piscina es muy pequeña y le falta tumbonas. |
