Excellent value -- Appealing decor -- Extremely helpful, friendly staff at Reception. Whilst, at present, the decor is appealing, we wonder whether deterioration will occur, due to, what appeared to be "poor workmanship" e.g. wobbly tiles in room; chipping on decor above bed. This might affect future "stays". |

Stylish hotel, excellently situated in the center of Madrid, only few steps to the Metro - good breakfast. Room was okay but a little small. Air condition blew directly on the bed so we had to switch off at night. |

The design of bedrooms was fun.The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get around the city. |

Amazing use of contemporary design and zingy colour combinations. Best buffet breaksfast ever for choice and freshness. Never had fresh walnuts to crack before. |

The hotel had an unusual style, very modern and a refreshing change from the usual hotel environment. Clever use of space and funky decoration made it a fun place to stay. Wonderful location for tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and very cheerful. Breakfasts were excellent. We stayed here with a family group and all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. |

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast quality and access times. My sons Christopher & Michael requested a twin bedded room but got a double,which was not the best in comfort terms, but they didn't say anything & just accepted it. |

De begeleiding door het personeel was goed, zeker op het moment dat een dokter mdden in de nacht benodigd was. Ook voor de ondervonden hulp bij het afhalen van het voorgeschreven medicijn spreken wij onze waardering uit. |

Nous donnions coté cours,nous avons eu peur pour le bruit,mais celui -ci venait du couloir car nous rentrons directement dans la chambre,il n'y a pas de séparation .La porte de la chambre laisse passer la lumiére du couloir:obliger de calfeutrer.Un peu déçue aussi par la salle de bains (baignoire-douche) un peu dépassée......On se cogne dans le porte savon....Dommage! |
