Staff were friendly and helpful.My first visit there and would definately return in the future.Convenient location.Very close to airport so some aircraft noise should be expexted.Didn't bother us though. |

Price/quality is this a very good hotel. With nice staff, very friendly and helpful. However, the comfort you have is very basic, with very small bathroom and very basic beds. But with the price you pay, you can't expect more. Very good price/quality. |

It was great I was on my own met lots of really nice people I sure did ok picking off the internet nice room view of the bay handy to the bus as my friends were in Palma Nothing the only thing they could add would be more snacks available at the bar |

I am a keen aviation nut so watching the planes land and take off close to hotel was an added bonus, not to far to walk to the shops and bars which were situated along the sea front, where you could sit outside one, have a quite drink watching the world go by. |

It was close to the airport so no long transfers which was very good. It was quite noisy at times depending on whether the aircraft were landing or taking off. However, not enough to spoil our stay. The breakfast wasn't great (had much worse) but just about what you would expect of a hotel catering for many different nationalities. However, if you like it there was plenty. |

It is okay hotel. Nothing special and nothing particularly bad. We had a breakfast buffet,which was quite the same every morning. Bathrooms are simple. This area, where the hotel is located, is quiet,not so much noise. We liked it a lot. The location is nice. It is not the place for parties,it is more like for family and quiet stay. There are 2 beaches close to the hotel and it is about 7 km from Palma. You can rent the bycicle. There is a bycicle road close to the hotel,which goes to Palma. Can Pastilla is a nice place. One elevator was broken. But there was another,so...no problems. The staff in the hotel is not so good at English. |

The staff, THE STAFF!! They are so accomodating, professional and very informative. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star not as a 3 star. From the room attendants, the food prepared by the chefs, the lounge it was about the staff. The bed is so antique. 2 single beds does not make a full or queen bed. They need to upgrade the beds, other wise the hotel has everything a tourist needs. |

The Apolo is in a quiet area and has a relaxed atmosphere, the facilities are very good, indoor and outdoor pools. The room was clean and bright. The food was very good. I am planning another visit soon to bring my 87 year old mother for a couple of days |

great location, great price, awesome breakfast, friendly/helpful staff, nice view of sea from room. difficult to access internet. no wireless...and they have 2 computers to use in the lobby. can't really get anything accomplished on those. that was my only gripe with my stay there! |

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen Eindruck, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und mehrsprachig. Das Essen ist für die Kategorie in Ordnung und die Lage gut. Per Fahrrad sind Palma und Arenal gut zu erreichen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Als Hotel ohne Wellness- und gehobenen Komfortanspruch bei einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlenswert. Für Kurztripps aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen ebenfalls gut geeignet. Die Einrichtung der nicht gerade großen Zimmer ist etwas veraltet, die Ausstattung Standard. Die Einfachheit der Zimmer wird allerdings durch eine tolle Sicht auf Palma und die Bucht wieder relativiert. Als Mangel könnte man auch noch den engen und veralteten Fahrstuhl anführen, in dem es mit 4 Personen kaum Luft zum Atmen gibt. Die Treppe ist da zu bevorzugen. |

El hotel en general está bien. No es lujoso pero por el precio que pagué me conformo (oferta). Está cerca de paradas de bus para ir a Palma centro. Zona bastante tranquila (a finales de octubre), paseo marítimo que borda el mar desde S'Arenal a Palma por los que les gusta andar, o ir en bici está muy bien. La vista de mi habitación era muy bonita (delante del mar). El personal era agradable y serviable, sobretodo los de recepción. Posibilidades de alquilar bicis, excursiones,...en recepción. En el restaurante encontré una cucaracha, por lo visto es típico allí de tener pero es bastante desagradable cuando uno come ver bichos pasar cerca del buffet. La piscina interior era muy fría, no climatizada. Muebles en hotel y habitaciones bien pero bastante antiguos. Televisión pequeñita en la habitación. |

Rauhallisesta ilmapiiristä ja hyvästä sijainnista. Aamiainen täytti tämän hotellistason vaatimukset. Henkilökunta oli asiallinen työssään, kaikki sujui toiveiden mukaan. TV huoneessa oli viallinen (kanavanvalitsija) ja signaali osittain huono. Parina iltana käytävällä metelöitiin. |

Rent och fint, trevlig personal och mycket prisvärt och bra läge. Nära till strand och till buss, både till Palma och till flygplatsen. Både frukost och middag var bra men någon frukt el grönsak till frukosten saknades. Gillar man inte flyg, så är detta fel hotell, för ljudnivån är hög från avgående flyg...hela dagen. |
