It was great I was on my own met lots of really nice people I sure did ok picking off the internet nice room view of the bay handy to the bus as my friends were in Palma

Nothing the only thing they could add would be more snacks available at the bar

It was close to the airport so no long transfers which was very good. It was quite noisy at times depending on whether the aircraft were landing or taking off. However, not enough to spoil our stay.

The breakfast wasn't great (had much worse) but just about what you would expect of a hotel catering for many different nationalities. However, if you like it there was plenty.

It is okay hotel. Nothing special and nothing particularly bad. We had a breakfast buffet,which was quite the same every morning. Bathrooms are simple. This area, where the hotel is located, is quiet,not so much noise. We liked it a lot. The location is nice. It is not the place for parties,it is more like for family and quiet stay. There are 2 beaches close to the hotel and it is about 7 km from Palma. You can rent the bycicle. There is a bycicle road close to the hotel,which goes to Palma. Can Pastilla is a nice place.

One elevator was broken. But there was another,so...no problems. The staff in the hotel is not so good at English.

Very clean

Room was very clean, towels were changed daily, had a balcony and staff were most of the time helpful.

It was very noisy, hard to sleep as the walls were very thin

The staff, THE STAFF!! They are so accomodating, professional and very informative. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star not as a 3 star. From the room attendants, the food prepared by the chefs, the lounge it was about the staff.

The bed is so antique. 2 single beds does not make a full or queen bed. They need to upgrade the beds, other wise the hotel has everything a tourist needs.

excellent food and friendly staff. Lovely views towards Palma. Quiet area but within easy walk of all amenaties.

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen Eindruck, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und mehrsprachig. Das Essen ist für die Kategorie in Ordnung und die Lage gut. Per Fahrrad sind Palma und Arenal gut zu erreichen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Als Hotel ohne Wellness- und gehobenen Komfortanspruch bei einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfehlenswert. Für Kurztripps aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen ebenfalls gut geeignet.

Die Einrichtung der nicht gerade großen Zimmer ist etwas veraltet, die Ausstattung Standard. Die Einfachheit der Zimmer wird allerdings durch eine tolle Sicht auf Palma und die Bucht wieder relativiert. Als Mangel könnte man auch noch den engen und veralteten Fahrstuhl anführen, in dem es mit 4 Personen kaum Luft zum Atmen gibt. Die Treppe ist da zu bevorzugen.
