The restaurant is excellent and the stay at this hotel was beter than before. This was my second time and the improvement was good to see. No free internet. |

We liked the food because there was plenty of variety.Hotel was close to the beach and the local bus routes. Location being close to the airport was not a problem. |

It is standard holiday hotel, located 2 minutes from beautiful beach, very close to the airport however there was not any noise heard in the rooms. Rooms are basic but clean and they have nice balcony (some with the sea view) Check-in time is at 13 and there is no way you get your keys before. |

Location To The Beach And The Airport, Also The Hotel Was Very Clean Have stayed in a lot of hotels and the food was excellent , The food was very bad in the hotel leo would not stay again because of this,And found the restaurant staff not very nice |

room was sacaious, clean and bright buffet breakfast was very poor with streaky bacon that was mostly fat and some form of sausages that squirted orange liquid when pierced with a fork. Evening dinner was not too bad |

Convenient location for beach and seafront shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel could do with some decorating as in places it looks aged. We felt the price of drinks in the hotel bar was expensive particularly for soft drinks. |

it was near airport and near beach nice walk-way and cycle track to palma. the selection of food was poor, it would be nice to have a fridge and hair dryer in room |

The staff, food, and cleanliness were very good. There were sufficient sun-beds, thereby preventing the usual early morning bagging of beds by selfish people putting towels on them before breakfast. Good value for money at this hotel. |

Goog value evening four course dinner for 9.60euro Arrived to find hotel over booked or so the chap at reception said, we were transfered t hotel El Cid for first night and a taxi back the following morning. Feel the hotel has a selection of cheap rooms used for Booking.com customers as there were over 500 rooms in this hotel it is impossible to imagine they were over booked |

We like the Hotel for it's location, friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms and overall a very nice hotel. It was our third visit and will hopefully return next year. The food was not as good as previous visits and perhaps a better variation especially at dinner would be a big improvement. |

Staff were very friendly and efficient lifts were a bit small but your only in there a few mins. Food selection limited to european dishes but very good if you like that food |

My only gripe was the position of my room, I overlooked the busy main road, and at ALL times it was very noisy, I did ask for a quiet room??, and at 7am in the morning the delivery men arrived right under my room, if I was staying any longer I would have had to ask to change rooms, as sleep wasn't a long one because of this. |

Very close to the beach and restaurants. The food was quite often cold. They do not supply you with a room to take a shower and freshen up in when you are leaving hours later Than you checked out. |

Clean and comfortable, close to the airport and beach. Lovely seaview from our room, halfboard included, buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, good selection. |

It is near the beach. Food was delicious..enjoyed the night shows at the swimming pool area Didn't like the back room overlooking the field with an airport and busy street. Couldn.t sleep well |

Close to the airport, few steps to the beach, big swimingpool, good breakfast and good cookies. Staff was not friendly at all, not helpful in case if you're not german. We ask about a seaview room and they told us that is not possible because they don't have one. After a few minutes our friend came and they got a seaview room without asking. So it was clear for us that they just didn't try to be helpful. After that I ask for a haidryer at the reception and they didn't have any. Bathroom was not so clean, towells a little used and we found a smoking package in our closet but we're not smokers, so they didn't clean so well after previous guests. Two beds are not so comfortable like one big bed. Also I didn't like that at the dinner drinks were not included, not even plain water. Prices for drinks were even bigger than other restaurants. |
