Em va agradar molt el buffet de l' esmorzar. També preu-qualitat: l' espai de l' habitació i els serveis. Teniem mitja pensió a l' Hotel.Vaig avisar que arribariem tard a l' Hotel per sopar al menjador i em van dir que no hi havia problema. Ens prepararien un sopar fred.A l' arribar ens donen unes bosses que només hi havia fruita, galetes, aigua i 1 suc de fruita indiv.Esperavem que al menys hi haguès un entrepà fred. |

The food and courteous restaurant staff. The location and close proximity of bus routes. Small and friendly atmosphere. My room was on the main road side which was rather noisy and could have been worse in high season. |

Very friendly staff, good view, close to beach, airport and Palma, excellent buffet, people living in the hotel were good (no young scumbags) Air-conditioning was not working (due to winter season as per receptionist) but it was very hot in the room even in the end of october; staff always think that you are German; noise from the traffic |

The hotel was central for us, and staff were accommodating, overall it was a good choice The pillows smelt of tobacco, and we especially asked for a non-smoking room. |

The staff, food, and cleanliness were very good. Close to the airport and a few steps to the beach, nice walk-way and cycle track to Palma. . Good choice of breakfast and evening meals. Good value for money. no double beds, two single beds were put together |

Hotel is very convenient for airport, important due to the late arrival time of our flight but aircraft noise is not intrusive. There's a bus stop outside the hotel into central Palma. Reception staff helpful. Parking for our hire car was available for the 2 nights of our stay (end of Sept). The shower temperature can change significnatly and without warning, be aware if you have younger children. |

There is a direct bus from airport to the hotel (bus station in front of hotel). The buffet breackfast was very good. Most of the things should be renewed. From towel which are grey to furniture and bath tubs which are old. |

Easy to get to good breakfast and close to the beach. Very noisey room near the road. Music seemed to be coming from below our room until 5am. |

The staff were very friendly the food excellent great value for money it was our second visit to this hotel and i do not think it will be the last we like its position ie close to bus stops to palma not far from the beach etc and we like the resort |

Clean rooms, very close to the airport, and about 15 minutes by bus to Palma. We stayed at this hotel only night, because we had to get to the airport very early next morning. That is probably the only reason, why you should take it. Extremly loud outside the whole night, since the hotel is full of 1´7y. old boys and girls, who party non-stop. The area around the hotel is probably the ugliest one in Mallorca. |

I liked the friendly, welcoming staff and the presentation of the hotel. The food buffet was excellent and offered a good variety of hot and cold food. Hotel was in easy access to the beach and local shops. Room was basic but comfortable. very noisy rooms on the side overlooking the street. Rooms much quieter overlooking the pool |

English speaking staff, nice swimming pool, clean rooms with clean towels every day. We had a room near the stairs which was quite noisy during the arrival of new people in the morning. |
