Het ontbijtbuffet en het dinerbuffet was zeer goed, evenals de locatie dichtbij Palma en aan zee. Een echte aanrader. |

De netheid en de ligging van het hotel. Prima ontbijt. Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding in het lage seizoen. Het hotel is ontzettend gehorig. Niet alleen van de kamers ernaast, maar geluid dreunt door het hele hotel heen. De airco werkte niet op de kamer. Wat betreft aanbeveling: voor de winterprijs, ja, maar anders, nee. |

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers en dicht bij de zee. Het geluid van de vliegtuigen die aan het opstijgen waren redelijk dicht langs het hotel. |

Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend perfect verzorgd.Alles werd snel aangevuld en de tafels werden ook meteen weer nieuw gedekt. |

Vriendelijk personeel aan receptie en bar. In het restaurant beduidend minder vriendelijk. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding (laagseizoen). Fijn verblijf. |

Vriendelijk personeel, proper, goed eten. Ligt op 5min. van de luchthaven (bus/taxi). Mooie kamer met grote LCD TV. Zwembad + groot terras met zetels & stoelen. Goedkoop. (59euro kamer+ontbijt 2pers.). We kregen voor die prijs zelfs een kamer met zicht op zee! Avondeten buffet + 1 drankje voor 15euro. Heel veel keuze en lekker eten. De airco werkte niet goed/traag. |

Een heerlijk hotel om een paar dagen bij te komen. Kamers waren keurig verzorgd, maar niet heel ruim. Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet en zeer behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Mooi zwembad (koud water) met genoeg ligbedden. Toeristentreintje loopt voor het hotel langs, dus je kunt zo opstappen. Met de bus kun je makkelijk naar Palma. Tegenover het hotel ligt een mooie en hippe beachclub Purobeach. Echt een aanrader. |

I had a very pleasant stay with this hotel, no complaints. The room was clean & efficient, the breakfast was great, and the staff helpful and cordial. A professional operation all the way around. |

We chose the hotel for one-night stay mainly because of its good location, just a couple of miles from airport and not far from Palma city as well. But the hotel itself, perfectly situated in the peaceful Palma bay and with modern decoration, definitely deserves longer holiday stay. Bed is so easily be moved that it would be pushed away if you lean on the wall. The variety of breakfast is good while the taste is normal or even a bit blank. |

We chose this hotel because of it's location. Very close to the airport and just a short bus ride away from Palma City, where we spent two enjoyable mornings and afternoons. On the hotel it'self, (whitch has a ideal setting in the Bay Of Palma) we stayed for seven days,where we enjoyed all the modern day comforts that were on offer. The hotel staff and services, could not be faulted apart from one (see below). The one fault-though the food (buffet style) was excellent it did tend to cool down quite quickly |

Very clean with pleasant staff. Lovely decor and good food choice. Location was beautiful. It was quiet and suited s well. Very close to airport so you can hear planes taking off although this did not bother us. |

The whole atmosphere was excellent, the staff friendly, the service very good, the situation of the hotel was very convenient for walking and cycling, food excellent also - definately would go again! |

The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins in a taxi from the airport. Although close to the airport the aircraft noise was not particularly noticeable and certainly does not detract the positives from this excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and very informative about the local area. The rooms were very clean and modern and included a range of facilities hairdryer, satellite TV etc....even slippers! The quality of the breakfast was very good; there was a large range of choice including English breakfast buffet items. The quality of the food in the restaurant in the evening could also not be faulted (other than it is expensive if you do not upgrade to half board - which we didn't) therefore only ate there the once! Expensive drinks, evening meals. |

Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice pool area and no children policy. A possibility to take a shower and change in a courtesy room after check-out. A bit far from the beach. |

Exellent Hotel,very clean,nice rooms and in a great location. Staff extremely helpful, breakfast very good. would happily stay again. Would reccomend bed and breakfast, as evening buffet is good but limited. |

Es un Hotel recientemente restaurado con un punto de diseño que lo hace acogedor. Las habitaciones son manifiestamente pequeñas para la calificacion de 4 estrellas, asi como algunos detalles de la habitacion que no han sido bien resueltos pero en general estan bien equipadas y el interior de la habitacion es agradable, siempre y cuando sea de las de la fachada maritima, si da a la parte trasera, mejor que busques otro Hotel. La comida del buffet es de calidad y sabrosa y el personal del Restaurante muy profesional y atento. La Recepcion es quasi un caos, perdieron nuestra reserva que tenia 2 meses, pero lo grave es el sistema y la coordinacion con su Dpto. de reservas, dado que no pudieron ofrecernos ni tan siquiera la factura impresa el dia de salida. El personal de la Recepcion demostro una falta de cualificacion preocupante, y la imagen que nos llevamos de su sistema organizativo y de la atencion al cliente fue lamentable. Las habitaciones traseras tienen una vista horrorosa dando a unos patios sucios y abandonados de diferentes edificaciones contiguas. La limpieza de la habitacion mediocre, armario con polvo, cabecero de camas igualmente lleno de polvo en la repisa y una toalla rota. Ruido incesante de aviones al despegar o aterrizar. |

Excelente relacion calidad-precio, habitaciones pequeñas pero confortables. La comida es buena y el personal del Restaurante muy atento y servicial. La Recepcion nos parecio lo peor del Hotel. Lentitud en el Check Inn y eso que eran 3 Recepcionistas, y trato distante y un poco antipatico con el cliente. |
