Ths situation is perfect : close to the airport, close to the beach and the restaurants, pubs, ... and close to Palma for trips. The hotel is very modern. We liked the pool on the roof, the design of the reception area, the space in the room, the matresses were hard but comfortable. Air conditionning was perfect. Reception personnel was friendly and helpful. It was a great weekend there! We will go back definitely! What we less appreciated was the sound proof in the bathroom, strange as in the room there was no possibility to hear from the other room! The buffet was sometimes disappointing but for the price we cannot complain!!! |

Not much. We changed rooms 4 times out of 7 days. Every possible facility went wrong including broken AC, dysfunctional phone, cigarette stanched room, internet connectivity failed in another. Initially, we were given a handicap room with a shower head at waste height. See above! |

The hotel is nice and clean, close to some good restaurants, good value for money. We had a pleasant stay. It's quite noisy. It's close to the airport and we had planes flying very low till 1 a.m. and then again as from 5 a.m., the garbage trucks were passing by every morning around 3 a.m. |

Reception and the restaurant/bar was very nice and beuatiful. The food included in the full board was extremely bad. Especially the lunch was bad, we got the feeling the the lunch was just the left overs from last nights dinner. (The breakfast was acceptable). Remark that there is no drinks included in the full board.... The spa and gym facilities was also to a minimum. I suggest that you make the lunch more simple and use fresh ingredients. It does not have to be more expensive that now. A simple pasta dish or sandwiches would be a lot better. |

the location was great for walking or cycling - Palma nearby Not having a jacuzzi When had a power cut sent people back to rooms with no lights/elec!!!! |

friendly staff, good views, warm rooms. very quiet food quality, everything cooked was ++grease//oily. no information about the food ie what some of it was! |

The room was great, very modern with quite a lot wardrobe space and a small balcony with a lirrle view of the beach.The safe didn't have a key tho so we couldn't use it.The breakfast was very good. |

Modern decorum and location directly on the beach. Wireless internet, however it did not work in the room all of time. The size of the room was good. The food selection was not great for vegetarians, however the staff made provisions for us. I would not recommend selecting the meal package. To use the gym it cost 4 euros for 2 hours--this should be free, the equipment is not that good. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. |

hotel very clean good food first morning wardrobe door fell off landed on my foot by good luck not injured was repaired as soon as i reported it unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell within the reception,first floor and lift area strong smell of sewage |

Everything was magnificent. The hotel was modern, the staff were very approachable and spoke fluent english, the food and service was great, the gym and spa areas were also very enjoyable. |

Snyggt hotell, stora rum. Flygtrafiken som ligger alldeles i närheten störs man inte alls av. Trevlig personal som de flesta talar utmärkt engelska. Restaurangen bra mat. Frukosten stor och mycket att välja på. 4-5 minuter med taxi från flygplatsen. Det trådlösa nätverket var ibland lite sisådär att komma åt. Det fanns ingen informationsfolder på rummet. Detta saknade jag då det är det första jag brukar titta i för att informera mig om hotellet och dess omgivning, så minus för det. |

Confort in de kamer De LIGGING,moeilijk te vinden,geen parkeergelegenheid,wij hebben niet kunnen ontbijten was pas mogelijkvanaf 7u30, wij moesten naar de luchthaven vertrekken om 7u30 en om 7 u ontbijten was niet mogelijk, wij hebben ons geld van het ontbijt niet terug gekregen,nachtlawaai was verschrikkelijk,wij hebben niet geslapen!!!! |

modern strak en zeer schoon hotel. Dichtbij het strandt Het avond eten was in buffetvorm en 9 van de 10 keer was het eten niet meer warm. Het eten past niet bij de rest van het verder uitstekende hotel. |

Le personnelle très accueillant, sauf un réceptionniste qui se permet des choses très déplacé. Les finitions sont bâclées comme par exemple le plafond de notre salle bain qui laisse de grande ouverture entre les plaques permettant ainsi de voir tout ce qui se trouvait dans le faux plafond.....Le ménage des chambres n'a jamais été fait durant nos 9 jours de séjours de plus nous nous somme retrouvés avec des draps taché à plusieurs reprises.L'eau au repas est payante 1.50 euro la bouteille de 500ml.Le buffet manque de choix et de changement surtout pour les entrée et les desserts qui reste les mêmes.Concernant l'eau chaude impossible de prendre une douche même tiède après 7h du soir et le matin l'eau deviens bouillante toute les 30s durant 2-3s. |

emplazamiento no facilitan un sinple kit de higiene dental, de afeitado, o peine. No presentan el libro de reclamaciones cuando no esta l directora (al menos eso alegan en recepcion) |
