Fantastic buffet breakfast. The family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Dinner buffet was reasonable and plentiful. Available parking. |

Lovely view from room of Tiede and sea. Large room and bathroom. Buffet well organised and efficient staff. In general very comfortable. Position of hotel good in Puerta de la Cruz. Nice stroll into town. No reception area in Bonanza hotel where we stayed. Buffet food rather oversalted and quality sometimes questionable especially meat 'a la plancha' and coffee. |

The amenities and staff are nice in general. The food is very very average. Although we were half board, we ate outside the hotel after the 3rd day. You can tell they are trying to be cheap on food using obvisously first price ingredients wherever possible. And the rooms are noisy although to be fair, it is fine with a good pair of ear plugs. |

everything. the view is marvelous, the location is convenient, no parking problems, the food was tasty, the room was big and comfortable. the explanations of the ingredients of the food is not so good. the vegetarian people could have a problem.. |

clean and OK for a short stay The resteraunt staff were quite unfriendly. It seemed they couldnt wait for the sitting to end. Our drinks waiter would be better off being a prison warden. Oldish bald chap with glasses and a moustache...didnt get his name. |

Área das piscinas, tamanho do quarto, zona tranquila. Não mudaram os lençóis nem toalhas durante os quatro dias da nossa estadia. |

Hotel połóżony jest w pięknej, spokojnej okolicy. Jedzenie serwowane w hpteleowej restauracji, jest naparwde przepyszne i kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Prosiłam o łóżko małżeńskie, a dostałam 2 materace pojedyncze złonczone razem. Więc mó nażeczony na zmiane ze mną, wpadaliśmy w przestrze po między materacami. |

La tranquiladad que proporciona el ambiente del propio hotel, el trato del personal y la eficacia a la hora de resolver cualquier problema No tenían en funcionamiento la sauna ni el SPA y es algo que estaba anunciado en la web a la hora de hacer la reserva |

Essentiellement le SPA, le Jacuzzi et autre bain turc, la chambre tres grande avec une belle vue sur les piscines, une literie de bonne qualité, une salle de bain agréable. Repas: petit déjeuner comme dîner de la variété dans la mesure où l on a le choix de diner dans l un des deux hotels que compose ce complexe. Qualité du service laissant beaucoup à désirer: serveur un peu rustres, énormément d attente aux heures de pointe pour se faire trouver une table. Des horaires extrêmement indécentes pour un français ou un espagnol (dîner de 18.00 a 21.30). Les espagnols tiennent par ailleurs à leur réputation de vacanciers très bruyants... et légèrement rustres. (commentaire d un français qui vit aux canaries) |

La urbanización en donde está es muy bonita. El lugar es tranquilo pero cercano al centro. Cobran el precio de la estancia a la llegada. La limpieza de las habitaciones, dependiendo de la limpiadora, puede no ser la adecuada a la categoría del hotel, no reponiendo algunos elementos (toallas bidet, bolsas higiénicas,...) aunque otras veces dejan caramelos o flores. |

1º Tener que pagar por adelantado la estancia en el hotel. 2º La recepción para el check-in hay que realizarla en otro hotel de la misma calle a 150 m. 3º No se me informó de que el servicio de desayuno era en otro hotel distinto al que contraté también de la misma calle. En definitiva cualquier servicio que uno necesita, tiene que salir a la calle y esto es incómodo. |

Vi har bott på Bonanza i minst 10-år (ungefär 20 ggr.) och trivs med personalen. Känner oss hemma och ompyssslade och fått goda vänner där. Sängkvaliteten drar ner helhetsbilden totalt, en sängbotten med tvärgående spiralfjädrar med ett tunt elastiskt överdrag. En bäddmadrass skulle lösa problemet |

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un point de départ d'une première découverte en étoile de l'île de Ténérife avec une voiture de location. La disponibilité d'un parking privé et gratuit a été un atout indéniable. |

La amabilidad y preparación profesional del personal, la amplitud de la habitación, la variedad y calidad del bufet, las zonas ajardinadas, la facilidad de aparcamiento, las vistas. Tener que pagar la estancia por adelantado me pareció una descortesia de la dirección. El baño carecia de suficiente iluminación. |
