The location was great for shopping and the beach. The noise at night due to the lorries, etc transporting sand away from the beach. |

Next to the beach (if you're looking for that). Went for an "interior room" to avoid street noises, but we got some noise anyway, the whole time (air conditioning exhaust?): probably not so much of a problem in lower levels (we were in the 6th floor). Also, the WiFi service stopped at some point and never came back (but I didn't tell anybody about it either). |

The hotel is nice and modern and very clean. The rooms very practical. The room for 3 people really had 3 equally big beds (and not an additional folding bed). This was very comfortable. The top floor has a jaccusi and a tiny pool, sunbeds and some view to the sea. Very nice for a hotel smack in the middle of town to have some view to the sea from the terrace. Staff was very friendly. This hotel is ideal for business stops or for small stops but not necessarily ideal to spend 2 weeks holidays. |

Espace des chambres, piscine bar sur le toit, excellent buffet petit- déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix. Parking éloigné et cher, wi-fi indigent : recours à un cable lan dans les chambres. |

Excellent hôtel très proche de la plage de Las Palmas. Confortable et propre mais breakfast et lunch un peu décevant pour un 4 * Breakfast et lunch assez peu varié pour un 4 * |

Está próximo al puerto y tienes cerca un centro comercial para comer u ocio. El desayuno está bastante completo y el servicio es muy atento. No tiene aparcamiento y la zona no es precisamente de primera. Por la noche da miedo salir solo del hotel. La ducha no cierra bien y cuando te duchas se sale el agua. El suelo del baño es superresbaladizo. |

La situacion es excelente, la playa a dos pasos y transporte publico muy cerca los acabados de la habitacion, cantos vivos en esquinas que si no vas con cuidado te puedes hacer daño, (yo me di un golpe en la cara que me hizo una pequeña herida sobre un ojo) y la mampara de la ducha esta mal diseñada, al ducharse dejaba siempre el baño inundado. |

Siisti, asiallinen huone, tosin vähän pimeä. Hyvä sijainti. Siivottiin asiallisesti kuutena päivänä (seitsemästä). Tyhjä iso jääkaappi hyvä virvokkeille ja hyvä tallelokero. Vauvalle toimitettiin myös erillinen sänky ja myös vesipullo. Uima-allas ja sauna (nopeasti lämpenevä) katolla. Lobbybaarissa hidas palvelu ja odottamisen jälkeen Visa Electron ei käynyt, mutta kävi uloskirjautumisessa. Näköala huoneesta tyhjään sisäpihaan. Parina aamuna ei saannut kuumaa vettä (vain haleaa/lämmintä) - varmaan tankki alkoi olla tyhjä. |

La limpieza general y en las habitaciones, la comodidad de la cama y la suavidad de las sabanas. La habitación es acogedora y luminosa. El personal muy atento y agradable siempre. Las ventanas no estaban insonorizadas por lo que nos incomodó el ruido de la calle y el tráfico. En el restaurante, las sillas y las mesas eran poco estables, el mantel llegaba hasta el suelo lo que causó que nos tropezaramos unpar de veces. |
