Location excellent for beach restaurants and shops. Nice little pool for children or for cooling off in. Staff very friendly and relaxed atmoshere. Air conditioning efficient and very quiet. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there was a fridge to keep your milk and wine in. |

the location was fantastic and the staff were awesome. we absolutely loved Sitges, everyone was very friendly and we felt very safe during our stay. |

Fantastic, it is surprisingly friendly, good location, clean and it is just GREAT ! Paula at the Reception is a Diamond, so with her Supervisor ! Being in an International hotelier, this is a hotel that I highly recommend everyone that come to Stiges to stay. I am definitly going back ! There is a bit troublesome to connect to WiFi. Something to them to improve. |

Very friendly staff at the reception, close to the beach, conveniently located in a tranquil area of Sitges. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is disgusting, with low quality food and poor presentation. Water in the bathroom is not potable and the water of the shower remained too hot even though cold water was selected. The interior of the hotel needs refurbishment as it looks run down.The carpet of the stairs was really dusty, it needs to be replaced. |

The hotel was one of the older buildings in Sitges, it is charming, staff was amazing, very kind and gave personal attention to every guest. |

The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was within close walking distance to the town. The hotel garden was delightful. The "extras" that I thought should have been there for the price, weren't (empty minibar, no daily supply of toiletries, poolside area needed washing down, breakfast tables not set) |

This small, charming hotel is an oasis amongst all the other larger buildings surrounding it. The garden and pool are delightful and it is perfectly situated, just a short stroll from the beach, town and railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is on a junction of two roads and we were woken early in the mornings by traffic noise. It was a shame that the poolside canteen was not open during our stay. |

in general we liked our stay in the hotel. it is close to the see and restaurants and citycenter. and our family already booked a stay in summer in H. Capri. Hotel is not big, buidings are separate, small nice patio with swimming pool. I think it is quite nice place for families and young people at any time of the year. we were staying there in first days of may, but in evenings and nights it was quite cool outside and our room, junior suit, was quite big, with tile on the floor and at night we were sleeping under 2 blankets. may be if there could be any heater it would be better... |

The double bed is very narrow and short. The bed is suitable for only 1 person who has to be shorter than 1.80 m. |

Through my stay, I found that all staff was there to assist in anything I needed. I found location in Sitges great and setting (hotel it self) beautiful. |
