Good location, good view from some room. Facility is new. Room is spacious. The shower room facility is new but not not running smoothly, scupper is easy to be blocked. |

Good location; new & clean; good value for money; supermarket right next door; honest staff; willingness of staff to help (although they may not take the initiative to do so) Air-con not working - way too hot to sleep at night; thin wall; lobby on 4/f of the building |

I like the good relation quality/price, the nice employes, the terrace, the free internet and the room! The hotel is very nice the way it is but if possible it would be nice to have a swimming pool for the hot days! |

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. Beautiful finish in rooms. The hotel is very difficult to get to if you are driving. Without a GPS we might have given up! A very interesting spot once you get there. |

excellent value for money. Great location close to Alhambra & Centre. Room decor stylish & clean. Great bathroom & shower that you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. |

Reasonable price room (single rate for a double room) and nice balcony view across city (next to the coffee vending machines). Reception and public areas of hotel have been modernised. Bar prices fair (€1 for a can of beer). Supermarket underneath and a few mins walk from city centre shops etc. Public parking under hotel (discounted day rate from hotel) Slight drain aroma problem on last day and a dark room with no natural light. Hotel is accessed from 4th floor which is a bit strange. |

It's just 10 minutes walk to the Alhambra as well as to the city. WIFI is available for free and signal was strong. Staff were very helpful (except one who seems did not know much about Granada). Next to the supermarket and some nice restaurants. Quiet. Nice view at the terrance. when I arrived on the first day evening, i walked into the hall with no one there....a bit frightening as I dunno what to do. Then, I realised I should get the lift to the fourth floor where the reception was. Weird. |

We were stopped 1 night in order to visit the Alhambra the next day. Location was good as we were able to find it easily on our map and there was public parking and late night restaurants nearby. Bathroom was large & handicap friendly. Staff was very helpful. |

Very conveniently situated for access to the Ahambra and within a 5 minute walk of the City centre and cathedral. Can be a bit noisy at night being close to the university! |

The location was near to Granada town center but very quiet location. Public parking was under the building. Police office is next door and it gave us some sense of security. |

Great hotel. Fantastic value for money. Located in nice part of city. We had a room with a balcony - lovely views to Sierra Nevada. Friendly and accommodating staff. Supermarket next door. Spotlessly clean rooms. Lovely decor. No parking available. Public car park around corner, but at €15 per day adds to price of hotel over a few days. Little or no chance to park on street in area. |

Central location, good views from the lounge balcony, bevis and buns available, hotel pc and laptop wifi fast. The staff were unable to rectify a known smell problem in the bedroom. Very apologetic. |

Excellent location near the main tourist attractions, close to the commercial area and bus stops. The hotel is in a quiet and respectable district of Granada, it's clean and comfortable for a short stay. some rooms face the inner patio, so don't expect breathtaking views over the city |
