The hotel is centrally located in Granada, and the rooftop has views over the city which is really lovely. The pictures of the hotel pool and the last room on the booking.com website are misleading. The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. It might have been 4 star in the 60s, but not today. Nevertheless, for the price we paid we were happy with it (50 euro). |

Hotel is just at the heart of the city. Location is great. Pool on the terrace is wonderfull. At 40 degree weather, it was so cold that anything can not be more relaxing than that. Price is great! Breakfast was expensive. My advice would be eating outside. |

The location was ideal for a short stay to see the sights of Granada. The photograph of the roof top pool on the website very misleading. If we had paid the going rate for this hotel I would not be happy, the fact that we booked it via youselves and got a good rate then it was acceptable. The room was not four star. |

We liked the view, it was so beautiful. I reccomend this hotel for its views and the rates for room. It is a little old. |

Excellent location. The purpose of booking this hotel was for the pool and terrace bar. Both were closed because they do not open this facility until the 15th June. There was no word of this in the hotel advertisements or booking .com and we were extremely dissappointed as it was 33 degrees out there. |

Great city centre location, able to walk to shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. No need for expensive taxi fares. Very comfortable beds and great choice at breakfast. Shame pool not open until 15th June, as we had temperatures in high 30´sC at beginning of June and a swim would have been most welcome. Air con not too efficient, some staff less than friendly |

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, very clean I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed until June 15th. This was the only reason I chose the hotel and it should be indicated on the website that the opening period of the pool is limited to a couple of months. |

The hotel is very well placed in granada, for visiting tourists, the hotel is very smart and clean unfortunately the swimming pool area was not open as it would have given good views over granada from the roof The coffee supplied at breakfast could be better. |

The hotel is very well positioned central to the city and close to the Alhambra Palace, which was the focus of our visit. The staff were less than friendly, particularly at the check in when we would have appreciated more relaxed and thoughtful advice than we were given. Had reception been busy, speed may have been a benefit, but as the only people present we felt unnecessarily hurried. |

It is extremely well situated. The hotel has seen better days: not up to 4 star hotel standards in my experience. |
