I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions now. It is one of the cheapest in Cartagena but is in an excellent location and is comfortable and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. |

Taxi from airport knew where to find the hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Simple, spotless rooms with a mini bar. No tea/coffee facilities in room but there is a cafe downstairs. Bathrooms again spotless and had toothbrushes and other useful toileteries if required. Breakfast staff again friendly and helpful. Buffet - Wide range of food to choose from, fruit, various meats, cereals, English breakfast (including baked beans!), assortment of pastries and breads. Restaurant on site but did not use. A wide variety of drinks also available at breakfast. Fairly near the historical centre, shops and marina - 10-15 minute walk. Restaurants appear to be located in the shopping area. Limited Spanish restaurants in the marina but a nice spot to sit and have a drink. No single rooms advertised on the web site so had to request 2 doubles for 3 people which made the hotel expensive for what it was. |

Enjoyed Cartegena. Took the sightseeing bus and the boat trip. Shopping was great and so were e restaurants. Did not eat in the hotel but liked the layout and room was cool and comforable. |

This was our third stay at this hotel. It is in a good location for bars/restaurants and within easy reach of the main shopping area and port. The desk clerks speak some English, which we have not found on our stay at other hotels in Cartagena and they are friendly and helpful. The rooms are far from soundproof and you can hear everything going on in the next room very clearly. My son was in the next room and I could hear him snoring!! Also on our last visit other guests were very noisy in the early hours after returning from a night out - shouting at each other from different ends of the corridors. |

El personal hace gala de una amabilidad extraordinaria. Todo más que correcto, y la relación calidad-precio es fabulosa. La ubicación del hotel es urbana, en una calle secundaria, en cuanto a vistas o entorno, pero es céntrico y está muy cerca de las principales atracciones de Cartagena. |
