The hotel was fantastically positioned for a city break, being in the centre of the historic part of Catagena but not affected by noise. I found the hotel to be in need of some tlc, it was very tired looking, carpets, bathroom tiles etc. Also whilst I appreciate this is a personal point, I found the beds to be uncomfortably hard, so much so all of my party had difficulty in sleeping. |

The wifi actually worked in the room and was free, as it should be for the cost of this very poor 4 star hotel There is nowhere to park, even to offlaod baggage and check-in. To park a car you have to pay the 11Euro fee or have nowhere to park. |

La ubicación, aunque la zona está llena de obras. Está anticuado. Lo peor fue que en la habitación en pleno diciembre se estaba a 24 grados, y no funcionó el AC. |

Ubicación (Cerca de puntos de negocio y de areas de ocio) y buena relacion calidad/precio. Con este comentario también explico mejor la primera respuesta del punto 4. He estado en el hotel 2 veces en las dos últimas semanas Realmente no, quizás que no ponen jabón en el baño, sólo gel y champú; y la no conexion directa del hotel con el Parking sobre todo cuando se viaja con gran cantidad de equipaje. |

Por supuesto el Spa, aunque como soy de aquí ya había estado. Es muy acogedor y tiene lo justo para relajarte. La habitación, es muy anticuada y un poco hortera, tiene muy poca luz yla vista por supuesto en el sitio donde está, mires donde mires es pésima. El recepcionista, de todos los hoteles a los que he ido, ha sido el más antipático. Para los hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que he estado, este si no fuese por la recepción tan elegante y es Spa, no creo que se merezca tantas estrellas. La comida no sé porque no la he probado. |

La situación, en un sitio privilegiado del centro de la ciudad, tanto comercial como turístico. Lo he encontrado muy acorde con el nivel que esperaba, lo único que podria decir que menos me haya gustado, es que se empiezan a notar los años del edificio. |

La relación calidad precio es excelente. Aunque actualmente las obras de las calles que lo rodean incomodan algo el acceso en coche, los servicios propios del hotel son excelentes y a un precio sin competencia para su categoría. Completamente recomendable. Las obras en las calles que lo rodean son un poco incómodas para el acceso en coche, pero el hotel no tiene culpa de nada. Espero que acaben pronto, porque pienso volver. |
