It is a beautiful restored old building. The central patio and the restaurant were peaceful escapes from the bustle of Granada. We were offered a choice of rooms on arrival and chose the one with the view over the square. A little noisy at night but the central location makes up for that. |

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely courtyard, pleasant rooms. I would have enjoyed the hotel much more if not for the smokiness of the place. Food in the cafe was excellent for breakfast and dessert - we did not have dinner in the restaurant. Staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. There was a lot of smoking in the courtyard, which was not open at the sky like some others in Spain. The smell of the smoke leaked under our door to the extent that my eyes were stinging and I had to open the window to the outside - and it was cool that night. It was fine on Monday when the patio was not crowded. |

Front desk staff went out of their way to be very helpful and kind. Would have liked there to be a computer with internet access available for guest use. |

The hotel was very comfortable mixing historical charm with a dash of modernism in the room furniture and decor. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Would rather have a proper double than two single beds pushed together, but they were large and comfortable so not a great issue. |
