Sehr ruhige zentrale Lage (in Sevilla nicht selbstverständlich!); unschlagbares Flair; sehr gutes, für spanische Verhältnisse opulentes Frühstück; sehr zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal - besser geht's nicht. |

wunderschöne Anlage in sehr gepflegtem Zustand; ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet ruhige Lage, aber Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer und der ganzen Anlage - schwierige Parkplatzverhältnisse, aber kein PKW notwendig aufgrund der zentralen Lage |

Die traumhafte, ruhige Lage inmitten der City; keine Massenabfertigung, sondern alles sehr schnuckelig, traumhaft gutes Frühstück Abend war die Bar nicht besetzt - allerdings ist dies nur ein klitzekleines Manko. Der Mann an der Rezeption ist schnell eingesprungen oder hat den zuständigen Mitarbeiter gerufen. |

This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in all levels. Location, staff and all services were excellent. I especially adored its architecture and ambiance. It was a relief to return to hotel each day during the height of heat and relax in their beautiful, quiet patios where the air remained cool and fresh. I would not want to stay anywhere else next time I return to Seville. |

The hotel is a beautiful old palace and the design and gardens are amazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast with a large selection buffet. Great place to stay. |

Staff were all brilliant !! Really pleasant all of them. Rustic hotel with a lot of charm. Really nice hotel.. Would stay here again for sure.. I was working and on my own.. but will return with my Girlfriend as spend a nice weekend here.. Really charming hotel. Was lovely to have breakfast in the open grounds within the hotel. Newspaper (in my language) at my door when I woke up. nothing.. all was great.. |

Ambiance of communal areas delightful.Very helpful staff.Very good breakfast. The rooms although interesting were not 5 star and the price was very high ( I realise the festival had a bearing on this). We booked 3 doubles and received 1 double and 2 twins even though the booking was made months ago. |

The hotel is great. My room was very nice and comfortable. People from the front desk and other services were very dedicated and polite. They made reservations and did theri best to attend us. |
