The room had not been cleaned when given to us. There were loud people in the hallway repeatedly through out the night. The roof leaked after a rain. |

Rooms were clean though very basic. very central location no tea/ coffee making facilities which would have made a great difference. Maids were very noisy from early morning. |

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly The hotel was very much in need of some investment and renovation. Simple, yet vital, things such as inadequate and/or non functioning air conditioning, broken bed, etc. My partner and I know and love Granada city and visit it on a regular basis. We will not be using this hotel or recommending it to others. |

L'albergo è situato in una posizione comoda per la visita della citta a piedi e consente di raggiungere facilmente qualsisi luoog d'interesse. |

La situación del hotel es inmejorable, está en pleno centro de Granada. Se puede acceder a todos los sitios a pie. La habitación era bastante claustrofóbica, tenía una ventanita que daba a un patio interior, aunque al menos había aire acondicionado. |

El trato dispensado por los trabajadores del hotel El aire acondicionado estaba fuera de servicio. Los dias en los cuales permanecí estaban agradables y no fue necesaria su utización. |

Hemos estado super bien y muy a gusto en el hotel casablanca, sergio nos ayudo mucho en todo, a llegar al hotel que nos perdimos, luego a la hora de salir el nos indico donde podiamos ir. Una de las cosas que mas me ha gustado del hotel es lo centrico que esta. |
