Unique hotel in a wonderful location. Beautifully appointed rooms with a fabulous view of the old city. Delightful breakfast room with personal service. Highly recommended. Lack of air conditioning could be a problem is the hottter weather. Parking is a good five minute walk away but very reasonable in the secure underground car park of the museum of contemporary art (artium Centro-Museo Vasco de Arte Contemporáneo). |

The bed and breakfast is very centrally located, and the facilities generally good. There was no airconditioning in my room, which made for a sleepless night. Arrangements with regard to breakfast and use of the fridge appear to have changed with very poor communication about this. The staf could be moody |

In the city center, nicely situated in the historic part of the city.Superb newly designed room, comfortable bed. No place to park a car,should be parked in a parking, cost 20 Euros by day. |

The hotrl is situated excellently - in the historical building La Casa De Los Arquillos, just in the place, where historical quarter adjoins the most beautiful part of new city. The stuff is very friendly. Wireless internet and a desktop computer are both available for free. |

La gentilezza del personale che lo gestisce rende l'atmosfera ideale per che vuole soggiornare in questo B&B, dalla posizione favorevole nella visita della città alla pulizia tutto ok. Le camere sono minimaliste ma molto carine situate in un palazzo storico. Mancanza di parcheggio vicino per chi dovesse soggiornarvi a lungo |

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. La habitación muy confortable, limpia y con muchos detalles de diseño. Tuvimos problemas con las tuberías del WC de la habitación y tuvimos que usar otro baño. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor y no se puede parar en la puerta del hotel para descargar. |

Mas centrico imposible Si vas un fin de semana ten en cuenta que habrá ruido de los bares de abajo, pero si vienes de los bares de abajo nada te impedirá dormir placidamente ;) Moraleja: Aprovecha el ambiente de la zona. |
