The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was very cold at first, most uncomfortable. After request for help it was fixed and was at a more suitable temperature.The wireless connection for internet in lobby was not always available. |

Need a shaving/makeup mirror in bathroom as lgihting not very good. Although easy access to local tourist attractions thought the hotel street was very run down. |

I booked a doble bed room for two and I got a room with a very small bed, the parking was far from the hotel and the room wasn't cleaned very well |

Schönes Ambiente und sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Besonders hervorzuheben ist allerdings die Dachterasse mit dem kleinen (Whirl-)Pool. |

Zentrale Lage, Einrichtung, Solarium, Patio, Möblierung. Der Preis fürs Frühstück war besonders hoch (22 €), genau wie das fürs Parking. |

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en gedurende het verblijf. Helaas is er geen parking aan het hotel en moest de auto in een publieke parking staan, die je toch bijna 20 Euro per dag kost!!! |

hotel molto carino, curato nei particolari, ottimo per visitare la città, in posizione centrale e comoda per girare a piedi, vicino a ristoranti e negozi e a min a piedi dal centro storico. Camere carine, unico neo prive di finestra esterna, hotel confortevole, silenzioso, per chi ama il relax.Da non perdere la jacuzzi sul tetto con vista della città. Consigliato a coppie mancava la finestra in bagno |

Très bon accueil, personnel disponible et compréhensif. Décoration raffinéee d'inspirations italiennes et orientales. Petit patio ouvert par le haut qui fait puits de lumière (étonnant par mauvais temps car la pluie entre dans l'hôtel!). Diffuseurs d'encens pour compléter l'ambiance . Au dernier étage, terrasse avec jacuzzi, idéal pour se prélasser ou profiter du soleil . Chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante et moisissures dans les douches. |

O hotel é muito simpático, os pateos interiores bastante agradáveis, e o solário permite momentos de relaxamento da movida de Sevilha. Excelente localização para fazer compras. Funcionários muito prestáveis. |

Pasaron el cargo de la estancia el Domingo a la 1:30 de la madrugada (la salida era a las 12:00 del mediodía) y enviaron un sms al movil a dicha hora con un cargo. Esto ocasionó confusión y alarma ya que nadie estaba utilizando ninguna tarjeta y menos a esas horas. |

És un hotel muy bonito en un lugar perfecto para salir a comprar, comer y hacer unas tapas por la tarde. Un jacuzzi y un solarium en la terraza excelente. Resulta un poco complicado acceder al Hotel en coche, puesto que las calles del casco antiguo se convierten en un laberinto. Hechamos en falta más carteles que sirvieran de guía. |
