Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 13.50 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The modern appearance of the hotel, and the pool and garden area.Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. People smoking on the balcony. Heat of the room on arrival (but then the air conditioning was fantastic) |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- great value for money, small but very new and nicely furnished studios, and a nice big pool. It is under the flight path but the excellent sound proofing on the rooms meant we only ever heard planes when we were outdoors. The only thing I would say is that the apartments are not particularly close to grocery shops and there are only a handful of restaurants close by. However, the bus to Castelldefels and Barcelona stops right outside the door. |

Staff were friendly and helpful I did not realise that the 3 & 4th person would be on a sofa bed. They were children so it was fine but I thought the apartment had two actual bed rooms. |

La comodidad de estar en un apartamento, tener tu propia cocina, poder recibir visitas,... La piscina era muy apetecible, aunque el clima no acompañaba. Que no haya servicio de limpieza diaria a no ser que se pague un incremento. La conexión a internet no funcionaba bien. |

en general estaba todo muy bien, la habitacion era una prime loft con cocina,nevera,microondas y todo tipo de menaje,, el cuarto de baño esta bastante bien (nuevo), aconsajable para parejas intimo y bonito¡¡ ¡¡¡que las camas sean individuales¡¡¡ la falta de un balcon y que no hubiera secador¡¡¡ |
