I like the professionalism of the staff, the painstaking approach of the housekeepers and pool staff in their daily cleaning routine . There were too many feral cats around the entire village and some of the neighbouring bars had extremely loud music sessions to the wee small hours-- I recommend the use earplugs when retiring. |

La direttrice era molto accogliente e efficiente,qualsiasi problema era risolto subito e le ragazze della pulizia molto efficiente. Il complesso è piccolo e il bunglow era al lato della piscina, ben tenuto. E situato in una strada tranquillo anche se molto vicino al centro . Il letto era molto scomodo, si sentiva le molle del materasso, e anche il divano era scomodo .(Abbiamo un "time-share" in un altro complesso di Castillo Beach perciò era molto facile di fare un confronto). Tuttovia immagino il prezzo/qualità sia ragionevole. |

Aardige juffrouw bij de receptie en een leuke bar restaurantje bij het zwembad. Warm water snel op en geen wifi punt. |

Ik vond het een prachtige accomodatie, de kamers waren niet super de luxe maar dit kon je qua prijs natuurlijk ook niet verwachten. Ik zou er zo voor een 2e keer naar toe gaan! Iedereen aan te bevelen. Een minpuntje vond ik dat de receptie pas om 08.00 uur s ochtends open is, qua taxi regeling e.d. naar het vliegveld. De infomap in de huisjes waren redelijk gedateerd. |

El sitio es tranquilo y acogedor con las plantas que hay en los distintos pasillos. La piscina está bien. Cuando llegamos no había microondas en la habitación y en el resto de habitaciones si pero al solicitarlo nos lo pusieron. Las instalaciones son viejas pero al precio que tienen están bien. |

la tranquilidad del sitio, es una zona solo de casitas pequeñas, tipo multipropiedad con grandes piscinas, y hay un bar que los domingos (paella), martes (mejicana) y jueves (barbacoa) dan de comer gratis. los colchones estan llenos de bultos y se duerme fatal, el viento de la zona, generalizado en toda la isla, que se necesita coche de alquiler para moverte. |

Comodidad en cuanto a uso y tranquilidad Están a pie de calle sin ninguna protección que impida que cualquiera pueda entrar por lo que habia que dejar puertas y ventanas cerradas totalmente de noche y al salir. Debería vallarse el recinto y que cada cual accediera con llave y en las ventanas poner algún sistema de seguridad |
