It was an excellent base for our city break. Hard to beat in terms of location. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Absence of natural light in what was otherwise a comfortable room. The cost of breakfast was extremely high and so we used a local bar instead. |

-The (superior) room looked great (design). -Clean. -Free wireless internet. - situated in the citycenter -So VERY, VERY noisy! You can hear every door in the whole hotel, open and close with a big, echoeing BANG! (and people's footsteps and voices, etc). They should really carpet the hallway's and put brushes on the doors, or something like that! |

The staff was very helpful. Most of them spoke good English and were able to recommend activities etc. The rooms were clean The beds were very stiff and the rooms need to be better sound proofed. You could hear everything the people in the room next door were saying, as well as the housekeeping staff in the morning, so it was hard to sleep much past 8am. |

The staff and bedroom with balcony was lovely! The terrace area was perfect and it was very peaceful to say the main street was always bustling! Breakfast was OK...not worth Euro 15 but we had to use it for convenience with the little one. The building work next door was awful....digging all day inc. weekends even though we were told they didnt work weekends. My little boy loved the concrete slabs flying past our balcony every 5 minutes but i wasnt so keen! |

There was free wifi at the hotel which was very nice as I was on a business trip. And it was very convenient as I can go shopping right downstairs! No bedroom slippers |

The very helpful hotel staff. Noisy outside dining (even in winter) that kept us awake until almost midnight |

Excellent location off Plaza Catalunya, easy to reach from the airport by the Aeroport Bus at a cost of 4 euros. Lots of shopping outside of the door and easy to walk to the historic areas of Barcelona. We had a large balcony facing to the pool/restaurant area. If you are a late sleeper, you may be annoyed at the construction next door. It starts at 8 am, however it didn't bother us as we were up to spend as much time sightseeing. |

The prompt and polite service from all employees from the front desk to the maid service. We were very fond of your Hotel for many reasons including it's central location. I would recommend your Hotel to all my friends traveling to Barcelona. Change of menu for room service and resturant and bar hours not clear. Also what the bar services provided were not clear. Things were in transition and new roomservice menu was not available. I stayed a week and did not learn I could have coffee in the bar from 10:00 to late in the evening, until the day before I left. We are english speaking so perhaps that was a problem for your employees. |

The location was perfect for a weekend break as its right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter the hotel is beautiful inside, the restaurant prices very good 18 Euros for a 3 course meal and the pool area was a little oasis of calm in the centre of the City. There was building work on and around the hotel so it was very noisy this was partially compensated by our room being at the back with a very nice view of the pool area plus the fact we were out during the day, but if we had wanted to stay in the room longer it would have spoilt the stay. |

Beautiful hotel. Great location - can walk to everything in the old city, and subway is also nearby for visiting other parts of the city. Outdoor terrace in room overlooking the courtyard was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Construction next door was very loud from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM seven days a week. However, this is probably why we were able to get such a good rate on Priceline, and we were out most of the day, so the trade-off was worth it. |
