Quick and efficient check-in and check-out. They had a offer on while I was there for breakfast (7 Euros and lots of choice) Very close to metro stop. Easy to reach Atocha station too. Free internet, signal didn't drop either. Room was very quiet - on the 9th floor. |

Friendly staff, clean, modern & comfortable. Most staff spoke english which was good. For an english speaking visitor, maybe would suggest english channels on Tv as only had sky news!!! |

Situation, modern and clean. The air conditioner was not working properly. I complained, the A/C was checked but still did not worked well. |

The hotel is in a convenient location for visits to museums, and it is in a less touristy area of Madrid. The room itself was extremely quiet and dark for sleeping, but also had a nice view. |

La proximite des magasins, la station de metro a quelques metres facilitant l'acces a l'aeroport, le calme lors que les chambres donnent sur la cour interieur Les couloirs sont trop sombres, le petit dejeuner est copieux mais le the est mauvais |

ubicacon magnifica,centrico, muy proximo a metro,compras, parque,zona de vinos y restaurantes. personal muy amable, pasamos 5 noches.sin ruidos en la habitacion, internet gratuito. la habitación un poco justa , asi como el armario , parfa dos adultos y una niña pequeña. |

- Zimmergröße (ausrecichend groß), Einrichtung: modern, stilvoll, sehr angenehm, gutes Frühstücksbufet: zum Sonderpreis von 7 EUR auch günstig (notmal allerdings 15 EUR) - keine richtige Hotellobby, Fahrstuhl um halbe Etage versetzt - d.h. mit Koffer Treppe laufen |

Situación muy céntrico. A pesar de haber confirmado mi reserva por email días antes, cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no había ninguna reserva y cuando les mostré la confirmación apareció . |
