The staff was quick to serve. We stayed on two separate weekends, arriving both times before our room was ready. Our bags were securely stored and then delivered to our room when we returned. English was spoken. On the second weekend, we were upgraded to a suite which was a nice treat. The bathroom was luxurious! Requesting a taxi was easy and the wait was short. |

Nothing, really nothing. I want to tell you that in period 16.04-19.04.2009 the hotel was under construction, so that it is absolut impossibil to sleep in front rooms. |

I travelled the city and outside of the city during the days, and went clubing during the nights. had a great time in Barcelona! nothing I didn't like, the hotel was excellent! |

The location if absolutely fantastic, with transportation to many locations (including the airport). Allows to buy guided tours in the hotel. The breakfast is interesting and so are the rooms. Although the hotel is very central, it isn't very lighted, so it isn't clearly seen at night (at least not like the other hotels in front of it). Even though most of the hotel staff speaks clearly languages other than Spanish, there were some that didn't, at the entrance balcony. |

location, location and location. Staff helpfu.l Walls too thin. could hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Thought we should have been given breakfast as part of rate--as we heard others did get this. |

Great location, really close to everything but far enough away not to be loud. Nice big room and balcony, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Just being picky but there was no kettle in the room and no red wine in the mini bar |

The location is terrific. The staff was very nice. We received a nice room. On the sixth floor, with a very nice terazza overlooking the swimming pool. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Problematic sound isolation betweevn rooms. Corridor between elevator and room too hot. They charged 5 euro / day for room safe. Internet in the loby too expensive. |
