Ligging,zeer goede service,ik spreek goed spaans maar het personeel deed echt de moeite om klanten verder tehelpen in een andere taal wat je niet veel tegenkomt in spanje. |

The location is excellent, easy access. the internet is not fast but it's free of charge. it's great. the internet has a good connection, but it's very slow. but i dont really complain much. |

Nice Hotel in excellent location if you are looking for Madrid centre. Didn't use hotel facilities so I can't comment on those but the room was nice, clean, spacious and of modern style (just nothing too fancy in regard to looks or décor). Staff was very friendly as well. |

Great room for the price. Very firm comfortable bed. Conveniently located on Grand Via between Puerta del Sol shopping area and the Prado area, so all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. |

it is located in very center area, the transport is very nice. the double room bed is two single bed made together, not very comfortable for couple. |

Beautiful place, lovely location, pleasant well-equipped room, friendly and attentive staff who let me practice my Spanish until it was evident I could hurt myself. Oh, and an excellent value! |

The hotel is in distance of everything and ideal for touring around . fitness center is very small , suana was off and only small notice about jucuzzi how to turn on , you wouldnt notice . there is a running machine stepper and another machine there that they call the gym . |

The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. |

Excellent location - within walking distance of pretty much everything you would want to see during a short stay in Madrid Noise from adjoining rooms - particularly the water system. |
