Within walking distance of trains. Easy to walk around the old town. Most of the staff were excellent, the only problem we encountered was when we went to check out. the staff member we dealt with didn't seem to know how to process crredit cards. |

It was a pretty central location for seville. The rooms were a fairly good size. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, the rooms were extremely hot, the streets were loud. |

Hotel is in the nice part of the city. It is quite easy to reach on foot main tourist atractions. Room was nice and clean. Staff smiling and friendly. Would stay here again. Seville is the best city in the World :) |

The hotel was close to a lot of the attractions in Seville, a very walkable city. No outside space,garden or similar.Difficult to find if not in a taxi,being down a small side-street. |

The rooms were relatively large, had a great view and a nice large bathroom. We stayed there on two different occassions, both times the rooms were nice for the rate, however on the first occassion there was a real full bed, the second there were two twins pushed together. This is common in Europe, but we prefer the actual full bed, so the second bed was somewhat of a disappointment. Other than that, the hotel is a good deal for the price. |

Central location Very noisey....both other guests and outside neighborhood noises.....very thin walls, could hear other guests talking in their rooms...can't believe this is a 4 star.....very small rooms, hard beds |

We enjoyed staying in the hotel because the location was ideal for arriving by train and for access to the old town. The rooms were cold and the heating noisy and not effective |

Very well situated for the football ground and for the centre both within easy walking distance. Very professional staff, nothing a prblem and everything under control attitude. Nine of us stayed at the hotel in five rooms and all of us were freezing cold during the night. The breakfast option was expensive compared to the better less than half price cafe just around the corner. |

The locatin of the hotel is good The staff did not speak English. The breakfast was expensive, but not good. The shower and air conditioning system did not function properly. The receptionist refused to call us a taxi - we had to leave for the airport early in the morning and solved the problem ourselves. |

location was 1/2km from everything, friendly staff, lobby is nice, good price no parking on site even if we checked with the web site? parking is 400 m away. internet not free, shower pressure not as good as other hotel we stayed before. it is more a 3 stars rather than 4 as the novotel or sercotel. |
