Central location, comfortable rooms, polite rather than friendly staff The 1st night was in a room on the 4th floor, rooms are dark and stuffy and the windows are quite small, avoid a room that faces into the central courtyard as the noise from below gets amplified. Was moved to a room on the 2nd floor on the second day which was marvelous! |

The hotel is very well located within walking distance of all the main sites. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The staff was very professional. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there when I go back to Madrid. |

Het hotel is situated in the center, nice tapa bars are around the corner. The breakfast is very good. We had a very quiet room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. |

Hotel close to metro & easy to locate. Fantastic location, easy to walk to all areas and lovely bars & restaurants nearby. Hotel Very modern & clean and staff friendly & efficient. Only small draw back was no complimentry safe in room, had to pay. |
