the room was well appointed and very clean, the staff friendly.

the chairs on the terrace were broken and in a hotel like that you don't expect it.

Brilliant location at the Cathedral square. Fantastic view and private terrace! Clean and stylish. Extraordinary value for money.

Good location.

Miserable unfriendly staff apart from porter who helped us with bags. Rooms were basic and headboard broken.foot of one bed was broke too making the bed move whenever you turned over. Breakfast was very basic, staff unhelpful , cups & bowls had to be asked for. We paid 120 euros which we thought would us least give us comfort and good service.

Superb room with great facilities; the staff were helpful and cheerful; the Hotel is so well located in terms of access to the 'good' and lively/local bits of Almeria. Can't fault it and will definately return. Parking was a challenge, but hey, life's a worse one, and in life, there's not a member of Hotel staff to make it happen for you.

The hotel position was superb. Also I like very much the size of the room (we had been in a special doble room)

I did not like at all that the cleaning of the room was done ap 4 o'clock pm (that was exactly when we returned in the hotel). Also, "the pool" on the terase was in fact a 2 sm pool.

the situation in the cathedral square and the closeness to the alcazaba

our initial reception was poor but on the whole staff were helpful,the parking arrangements are ok but the hotel needs to give out more specific info regarding this as guests would not find it on their own and there is no where to park at the hotel to inquire.

Very central, nearby parking can be arranged by the hotel. Good restaurant.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el mobiliario de diseño bonito.

No hay persianas, y aunque tiene coritinas opascas entra la luz por la mañana.

Esta super bien situado, en la misma plaza de la catedral, para tapear esta de lujo, es muy bonito lo han reformado con mucho gusto y el personal es muy amable

Lo unico que me molesto, aunque quiza sea un poco inevitable es que el sabado por la noche habia una boda que la celebraba el mismo hotel entonces cuando acabaron en la calle habia mucho ruido y fue molesto pero aun asi me gusto estar alli
