Modern and comfortable. Had to wait a long time for food. Service very slow and then expected a service charge! No mention of spa costing 15 Euros extra above room rate before arrival. |

We were dissapointed with the breakfast. Most mornings it was cold and there was no variation in the hot breakfast. |

The hotel is located in 20 km from the sea - by the car of 15 minutes of movement. Without the car in hotel to reach it is impossible. GPS the navigator of roads near to hotel does not know, therefore sometimes passed there strange roads. In hotel well and comfortably. The pool in the street and pool in SPA worked. Unfortunately, the sauna at all did not work - and Russian like To be heated in a bath))). From hotel it is convenient to go in travel to interesting cities around. A view from a window - in an olive garden. |

Nothing this time. The breakfast was poor, cold and bread rolls stale. A couple having sex in the Spa Pool so we left the spa and went to the outdoor pool. There was another couple having sex in that pool too. It would appear that having sex in the pools is permissible, but not wearing a hat in spa pool is a "throwing out offence". |

The hotel was modern and the rooms were very nice. The spa wasnt very good. The sauna was cold and the steam room was no longer used and changed into a shower for children. Also the spa is only open 9-2 on Sundays so is not good if like us you arrive on a Sunday for 1 night. |

The Outdoor Pool & surrounding terrace were excellent. The Rooms were large & comfortable. The Breakfast was awful! The milk for cereal was warm, so were all the fruit juices. The food that was supposed to be hot (i.e. fried eggs, bacon, sausages & scrambled egg) were all cold!! The hot water for the ample selection of teas was kept in a thermos flask & so was not boiling hot. |

The staff were very unfriendly, we had a long wait at the bar on nearly every occasion, as there were no staff available to serve. The variation of hotel food was very poor, and most the times the food was almost cold. After leaving the hotel we later found that we had paid for not only our room, but also for another guests room, when we later looked at our credit card. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again, and certainly will not be recommending it too friends or family. |

When I read the review warning that the spa wasnt too large I debated whether to stay here. I am very glad that we decided to stay here. The spa was exactly what we needed when dealing with the hot sun all day. The food in the restaurant could use a lot of improvement, but it was very convenient that it was available to us on location. We had an enjoyable experience here. |

Very handy for our purpose in visiting a sick friend for acouple of days but would not be a venue for a lengthy stay Third floor rooms were attic style and in heat of July the air conditioning struggled to cope. Location wuld not suit everybody being amidst an industrial estate. |

Guests are able to use the spa facilities at no extra charge. At the evening meal we were served chips every night. |

The restaurant/bar staff were helpful and pleasant The spa looked a little tired and needed an upgrade. The food included in the half board deal was poor and had little choice available. there was no wine list Cooked options on the breakfast were not kept hot. Not a four star hotel. |

Professional staff and friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean and excellent leisure facilities. Would recommend to business associates and friends and will return. Breakfast was just a little sparse (not a criticism). |

An excellent hotel, from start to finish everything was perfect, not much in the town so we ate in the hotel, wonderful food at very reasonable cost. Thank you |

We really liked the Spa. Compared to the price, the restaurant was not bad at all. The airconditioning did not work. The room therefore was too hot to sleep well. The servicedesk did promise to look into this, but after three days the problem was not solved. We left 1 day earlier as planned. |
