Really friendly staff and free parking for the motorbike at nearby hotel. Great location in centre of town but difficult to find - so suggest that you study the map carfeully first including all the one way roads. Complicated to find. Light Breakfast |

Centrally located just off the Plaza Mayor: a big plus for us as we were only there for a night. The staff were friendly & helpful, too. Continental breakfast was included in the bargain price and was a bonus: a really good cup of coffee, roll, jam, madaleine and small pack of tea biscuits. The room was air conditioned, which was important because leaving the window open at night wasn't a good idea. The streets are very noisy, given the location and the Spanish love of night-life. I switched off the air conditioner at 5 a.m. |

The helpfulness of the staff and their friendly and efficient manner in which they operate.They had all the neccesary maps to enjoy the numerous places of interest in Salamanca and were excellent hosts. |

It was warm and towels and beds were changed every day. I do not speak Spanish but found Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Our Luggage was held at Reception for us on day we were leaving until we were ready to leave. |

Very easy location just near to the Plaza Mayor. The rooms were clean and easy maintainable thanks to the parket-like floor (no dusty carpets). Also because of works very nearby, the rooms are somewhat noisy. The breakfast (included in the very reasonable room price) is basic (and served at the table). |

The bed is comfortable and the room has a good bathroom... Well, if you go out and return in the early morning you should know that the main gate gate is close and you have to enter from another part of the building, actually from another hotel. |

The location was perfect, just off plaza Mayor. The rooms were very clean and newly refurbished. Value for money was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone! The breakfast was ok, it could have more choice as it was basic continental, but again for what we paid it was adequate - saved looking for food first thing in the morning. |

The hotel staff was very helpful. They gave us restaurant suggestions, directions to our next destination, and also had more towels quickly delivered to our room. The walls are thin! So we could hear everything. Also, there was construction going on across the street and they would begin each day at 7am. |

La cama era comoda. Habitacion luminosa aunque fuera interior. Las paredes parecen de papel, se oye hasta toser en la habitacion contigua. Solo habia una silla en una habitacion para 2 personas. |
