Well situated for train station. Comfortable clean rooms. Too far from centre of town. Restaurant very expensive. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room. Very few restaurants in close vacinity of the hotel. |

Hotel's situation is perfect for getting around, being right at Chamartin Station. The room was very spacious for three of us and staff were very obliging. When noting that my son was very tall, they quickly put a third bed into the room so that he did not have to use the sleeper couch. It would have been nice if there was an alternative, cheaper breakfast option than the full buffet. |

I like the fact that the metro station is very close to hotel, which can help visitor to go to all places pf interests in Madrid, like Prada, Center, Football stadion.... |

We got a room with the living room and 2 bathrooms. The room is very big. The hotel is just right at the train station and metro station. Very good location. I wish the staff could be more friendly. |

Good value for money. Large lobby, very convenient to work from if you have checked out and are catching an evening flight. Central location with access to the metro in order to quickly go to any part of Madrid. The electrical plug connections in the room are totally user unfriendly ! I could find only one connection and that too behind a tv that would not yield to attempts at movement. When you have to use both your laptop on charge and also charge your mobile the only way is to resort to the bathroom. |

A very spacious room, Excellent locatin near Chanartic train station. Comformatable. The Staff had practially no knowledge of English, which makes it hard on forgeiners. |

The only positive i can say about this hotel is its access to Chamartin Station. Heating, old and tired decor, no facilities to make a tea or coffee in your room. Furniture and bed was very old and run down. |

It has a perfect location as the metro runs right next to the entrance you dont even have to go out of the hotel area to get the metro No not really, I would recomend this hotel in a flash and will sure stay there again |
