Plenty of space in family room, equipped w. washing machine, good for longer stays. Difficult to find, bigger sign in the entrance would help. |

Good Location, friendly staff, appartment provided good space. Maybe not possible in any of the Madrid centre builings, but it looked like there was only one exit in case of fire. No emergency exits. |

Close proximity to all city center amenities, good value for money, original design and concept difficult to find as signage is high and not well visible, some staff member not very friendly and don't speak english |

Pickpocketed on way to hotel on metro so no cash at all. Staff at hotel very helpful even with limited english! They phoned police and they allowed us to use hotel phone to contact home for money transfer. Great breakfast and coffee facilities |

Central location, nice neighbourhood, close to all amenities like shops and metro, trendy design, very functional apartment, Very cold, no heating, very little furniture (2-bed sofa, table, bed) but that's not really a problem, no hot water in shower and shower head was broken- very hard to adjust water temperature (I won't forget the cold shower!), there are steps every 5 metres in the flats so you're always going up and down tripping on the steps, reception always closed on the week end |

Excellent value for money and great area to stay in Madrid as pretty close to everything. Good "help yourself" breakfast but only 3 seats! Not really a problem though as they weren't many people around. We stayed in the "medium" purple room - a little on the small size but fine if you don't spend a lot of time in the room and who does in Madrid! Located in a busy area but no nosie from street No noise from street but walls are paper thin - you can hear everything happening next door even if it's just a conversation at 4am. Also funky smell in purple room - think it was probably a ventilation/damp problem. |

Very well situated in the center of the city. Only five minutes away from Prado on foot. Though we had made a reservation for three persons the third bed wasn't ready. The room wasn' t very clean - we stayed four days and nobody came to clean. We had to go to the reception to ask for towels, sheets and toilet paper. Also there was no elevator. Though it was in the center of the city, the road in the night gathered bad people and in the morning everything around was a mess. |

Il design fantastico che arreda questo hotel colpisce sin dal primo ingresso. Le camere (ognuna caratterizzata da un colore diverso) sono veramente belle e moderne. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione self-service è ricca e abbondante. L'hotel si trova sopra un pub, quindi può capitare (se si ha la camera da quel lato) che di notte si possa sentire un pò di rumore........ma fa parte della movida madrilena!! :-) |

Il Design, la possibilita' di servirsi del cibo e delle bevande messe a disposizione per la colazione tutta la giornata, la posizione centralissima. Le camere non erano pulitissime e la vernice in alcuni punti era rovinata.Il personale quasi sempre assente. |

L'hotel era ubicato in centro come descritto. L'appartamento era pulito, confortevole, luminoso, dotato perfino di lavatrice, micronde e stoviglie lucenti! Il personale è stato molto disponibile, gentile, cordiale e accogliente! Hotel che consiglio e dove ritornerei. Ti sembra di avere l'appartamento in centro a Madrid...esci la sera, per andarti a divertire e poi...torni a casa tua. Fantastico! Non c'era l'ascensore, il che può essere un piccolo neo! Ma considerato il giudizio nella globalità si tratta di un dettaglio del tutto trascurabile. |

la habitación era bonita, confortable y espaiosa, además la ubicación del hotel era perfecta, ya que estaba en el centro y así nos podiamos mover por el centro de la ciudad sin tener que coger un tren ni aoutobus que no tenga asensor |
