It has very nice location, a lot of shops, bars, clubs and cultural objects just right near it. Good Wi-Fi Internet connection (256Kbps) which was quite important to me. |

Sebastian, the manager of the hotel, is really nice person. He recommended many things. Also the hotel situated the good postion for no car traveler because center bus station is close. The security box in the room is no key. We didn't use it. |

The position of the hotel was excellent, being convenient for the old part of the city and for visiting the "Fallas" sites. The Reception staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. The room was not cleaned to a very high standard at all, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and there were marks on the walls in the room. The cleaner actually forgot to lock our room after cleaning it, we were out all day- not arriving back until 7pm, anyone could have entered it during that time. |

the rooms were very quiet and a reasonable size. the hairdryer! sounds silly but it was really ineffective! and also there was always a smell of drains when we went back to our room.the breakfast was adequate but nothing special. |

Very nice staff and hotel.Great place to stay. They should try to get a parking spot in front of the Hotel for guest to unload their luggage.Maybe this is not possible.They are very helpful so the lack of the space did not create a big problem. |

Ideally situated, within walking distance of the historic center. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and offer a lot of comfort. Staff is friendly. They have their own parking places nearby which is very convenient as well. Although there are a lot of extras in the rooms (DVD player, music installation, jacuzzi, coffea & tea making facilities), not everything was working... |

Ubicación céntrica. Diseño y amplitud de las habitaciones: cama enooorme, equipo de música e hidromasaje. Un detalle muy bueno: libros en la habitación. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular y su potencia era insuficiente. |

Lokatie, op loopsafstand van het oude centrum. Airco, was de laatste 2 nachten uitgevallen en volgens de receptie niet te reparereren omdat er te veel mensen deze is gebruik hadden, voor een 4 sterren hotels vinden wij dit echt niet kunnen, zeker niet bij een temperatuur van 34 graden. |

Personeel was absoluut vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op zich voldoende faciliteiten die kwalitatief goed zijn. Geen hotel van de wereld dat uitstekend voorzien is.Het heeft ook maar 16 kamers. Uitstekend geschikt voor een stedentrip naar Valencia. Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging op nog geen 500 m lopen. Lekker rustig gelegen en m.i. dus een voordeel t.o.v. Van een stofzuiger hebben ze nog niet gehoord. Dweilen leek vaak met de kraan open om stof verwijderd te krijgen. In het ontbijtbuffet had wat meer variatie mogen zitten (was geen enkele variatie) |
