We were able to change the booking several times without difficulty or penalty. The swimming pool looked attractive but we did not have the time to use it. We were able to dine at a time of our choosing. The absence of a lift. |

The location was good with a nice pool but the bad weather meant we could not use it. apart from the two of us the only other guests were a conference party which was kept seperate. We were the only guest staying in the hotel which meant there was no atmosphere, we were the only diners in the evening as well. food quality was only average but expensive, we left without eating breafast as a table had been set in the reception area for 2 people. Very dissappointed. |

I have stayed at this hotel before. I tend to base myself there whenever I have a few things to do around the south of Madrid, as it's a very different experience from staying in Madrid itself. I like its location in the countryside (albeit as part of an urbanizacion) but also close to Chinchon, which has a number of good restaurants. There's a nice pool for relaxing beside when the weather is good. Some of the double rooms are quite small - okay for someone on their own, not so good for a couple. |

Fantastic large pool, great for kids -- though oddly they dont normally provide pool towels. It was about 1.5 km outside the old city, a nice walk, but no regular shuttle service so you need to rely on taxis. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A very nice place to relax and get away. |

It was extremely pleasant location and very comfortable rooms, etc. Great side trip from Madrid or instead of staying in the city. The town nearby is fantastic too. |

The setting for this hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff speak little English which made for a truly Spanish experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes serene settings and traditional Spanish Hospitality. |

Situated just outside a very interresting village - but no information in room as to what was available in the village Had to send back one meal out of two becaause steal was cold. Other meal OK. No apparent access available to swimming pool - though we gave up easily! |

La decoración original, combinando el confor moderno y los muebles antiguos. El silencio (habia una boda y no molestaron, el comedor estaba alejado de los dormitorios). El personal atento, aunque escaso. No es válido para minusválidos, ya que tiene escaleras y no tiene ascensor. |

La piscina, que era muy grande y la tenían muy cuidada... eso sí, menos mal que el tiempo acompañó porque si vamos más adelante hubiera quizás escogido otro hotel... buena limpieza en la habitación en general, aunque para ofrecernos una habitación con terraza ya podrían haber limpiado algo la mesa y las sillas que había fuera (llevaba siglos sin limpiar)... No tiene minibar en la habitación, la cañerías ruidosas y el precio de la habitación caro para el tipo de hotel en general (máxime cuando ni siquiera incluía el desayuno)... |

la tranquilidad del lugar, la amplitud de la instancia y sobre todo el trato familiar y muy correcto de todo el personal. La comida de muy buena calidad. Lo regenta una familia que te hace sentir como en casa, muy amables y con un "buen saber hacer" prefesional. No. La estancia ha sido corta, estando la mayor parte del dia en el parque de la warner y escogiendolo por la piscina; ha cubierto con creces las expectativas puestas en el. |

La piscine est très belle et propre. La direction de l'hotel la laissée ouverte au-délà de l'horaire normal de fermeture (20 heures) pour que nous en profitions malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée. L'accueil est très bon. C'est un peu cher et le petit déjeuner est trop succint. |

Hôtel tenu par une famille, personnel très gentil à votre écoute (on nous a même appris à parler Espagnol!)Petit déjeuner excellent jus d'ornage fait maison taost à l'Espagnol humm un régal bien copieux pour commencer la journée. Nous étions en demi-pension très bien le repas du soir, je vous conseille la sangria et la paella... La piscine et le spa un régal ouvert jusqu'à 20h30 / 21h00 Pas loin du parc Warner et de Madrid sans les inconvénient de la foule et le plaisir d'être "chouaillé" Un grand bonheur, merci à tous Chambre familliale aveec une chambre parents avec télé, une chambre enfants deux lits et télé une salle de bain toilettes une terrasse sans vis a vis niquel quoi.... Un conseil pour la clim, mettre à 3 et température à 25° c'est le top pour la nuit. |

Es un hotel familiar y pequeño por lo que la atencion es bastante buena.Otra ventaja es la piscina y como no esta en el centro de Chinchon tiene un parking grande y ademas es gratis.Tambien en el recinto de la piscina tiene un spa.Muy bueno para desconectar de la ciudad al menos un fin de semana. |
