The central location as it was situated in the pedestrian shopping area. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. They did not reply to my email requesting directions to the hotel car park and as the hotel staff spoke very little English found this extremely diificult.Car park is actually two storeys underground and accessed via a car lift. Very small car park and difficult to manoeuvre underground. |

Central, clean Internet is not free. You can only see the hotel home page and google. You cannot access your email. For this, you have to pay for "premium" access. Parking is a problem, small garage was full during stay. Local car parking charges by the minute and 24hr rate only applies if you dont move the car- hard if you have to get anywhere. |

central location It took an hour to find it and the parking associated with the hotel was a distance away and equally nightmarish to find. I would suggest that clear instructions are provided about location and garaging if a booking is made |

nearness to to centre and the security of parking. acces to the car park is tight and do they rally have to charge for internet conection? Many smaller hotels do not. |

Es un hotel muy céntrico a buen precio. Hemos repetido hotel porque la primera vez nos gustó, pero ahora hemos encontrado detalles que no nos han gustado: nos dieron una habitación de calidad inferior, más pequeña, peor situada (daba a la calle principal, muy ruidosa), nos dieron directamente dos camas sencillas sin preguntar cómo las queríamos, en el restaurante nos atendieron a regañadientes porque era hora de cerrar la cocina...(en ese caso hubiera sido mejor decirnos que no podíamos comer allí y hubiéramos buscado una alternativa), el menú del día, carísimo, y no era gran cosa. |

Su situacion La habitacion estandar tipica . El horrible acceso al garaje mediante montacargas muy estrecho y la malísima maniobrabilidad en el garaje y para acceder desde su interior al montacargas. |

El hotel me ha parecido muy bueno, con unas habitaciones amplias y confortables y con buenos servicios. Todo nuevo y bien cuidado. Es difícil encontrarlo, y la dirección del hotel no sale en los GPS. Hay que aparcar el coche y buscarlo andando porque encima está junto al Ayuntamiento y toda esa zona es peatonal. No puedes acercarte a la puerta en coche ni para dejar las maletas, tan sólo si tienes parking reservado. El parking es con ascensor y de espacio reducido. |
