We stayed at Clement Barajas to catch an early morning flight from Madrid airport. The room was comfortable and quiet (we asked for quiet). We got the wake-up call at 3:30 a.m. and the airport shuttle at 4:00, which took us very quickly (at that time) to the terminal. We found a nice square for an evening sandwich about 2 blocks away. We should have asked at the desk about terminals: our printed itinerary said Terminal 1 (or 2), when we needed to go to the other. Not a big problem: a 5-minute walk. Considering the needs of international travellers, the hotel needs a 24-hour coffee shop with simple food items. |

A very nice and conveniently placed hotel. Free shuttle to and from the airport was very useful. Rooms, though quite small, were clean and well-apportioned. Good breakfast buffet for 9 euros. A small television that was a little difficult to manage (i.e. a clunker of a remote control) but this was not terribly important. |

We arrived very late due to airline delays and left very early next morning. Hotel was chosen as it is near the airport. Hotel shuttle. On arrival we 'phoned enquiring re shuttle. We were told it would be 30mins before it would arrive. It was 2245 and it arrived about 2310. It is supposed to be every 20mins! Word of caution to any readers who are flying out from T1. The shuttle departs the hotel on the hour, goes to a sister hotel for pickups, then to T4, T3, T2 and eventually T1. It takes about 30mins from hotel to T1 and airline queues in T1 are BIG! It can take over 45mins to reach the desk. |

We arrived at Barajas late at night (which was why we booked a hotel close to the airport). Although we had been told to phone the hotel on arrival to arrange for the shuttle bus to pick us up, no one answered on our first 2 tries. This was very frustrating as the taxi drivers at the airport were unwilling to take us such a short way so we had no option but to try again. Fortunately our third attempt was successful. |

The accessibility at the downtown and the airport by megro was good, but it took some minute from hotel to metro station. I think that Shuttle Bus Service to Barajas airport would be more convenient than moving by metro. Wireless internet service was not possible in the room. |

the location of the hote, close to the airport obvioulsy and the use of a shuttle bus. the shuttle bus only departs one time every hour outside ''office hours'', which is a bit difficult in a tight travel schedule. |

The hotel is close to the airport and has its own bus service I would like breakfast to start at 06:00am - we were told it did not start until 07:00am which is inconvenient for catching an 08:30am flight. |
