Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent. Rooms allocated to us were quite small. Had no refrigerator, but had a cupboard in which a refrigerator had originally been located. Either put back the fridge (much needed) or replace empty cupboard with storage space such as drawers! Quality of evening meals was not fantastic. |

Nice rooms and good restaurant. Good location with beatiful walk along the shore to the beaches (15 min). Good pool area and possibility to swim in the sea just outside the hotel. Enertainment in the evenings was poor. |

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit; die Lage super (Aussicht), leider ist der Sandstrand etwa. 1km entfernt (nur Felsküste). Web-Zugang zwar vorhanden (3 PCs), leider aber keine Möglichkeit, Fotos (per USB o.ä.) zu sichern / zu überspielen. |

schöne Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, Sauberkeit, Parkettböden im Zimmer (endlich mal kein Schmuddelteppich), Balkon, alle Zimmer haben Meersicht, genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. |

Utmärkt utsikt, trevliga och rena rum. Det ligger lite för sig själv, en bra bit från stranden. Detta framgår inte av infon på er sida. Hotellet har ingen personlighet. |

Das Hotel hat schöne Zimmer mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Unser Zimmer war behindergerecht eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Service im Hotel ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Speisesaal hatte eine wenig einladende Atmosphäre. Während des Essens fuhr das Personal mit Abräumwagen zwischen den Tischen herum. Der Lärmpegel war sehr hoch, von der Abfertigungsatmosphäre ganz zu schweigen. Die Qualität der Speisen entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. An einem Tag fiel der Aufzug von morgens 10.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr aus. Mein Sohn konnte den ganzen Tag über das Zimmer nicht erreichen. Er zog sich auf der Toilette um und hatte keinen Zugang zur Toilette. Das Personal interessierte diese Tatsache nicht. Es wurde uns keinerlei Hilfe angeboten. Wir sind aus dem Hotel dann ausgezogen und haben uns ein anderes gesucht |

Schone, prettige kamer, met ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Zwembad met ligbedden. Op 10 minuten rijden van het mooie strand Estrenc. Voldoende restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Ontbijtzaal, waar sommigen ook lunch en diner gebruiken, is massaal en ongezellig. Kamers zijn gehorig, gesprekken in belendende kamers zijn te horen. Internet is te duur. Balkon zat boven afzuigpijp van de keuken wat zorgt voor etensluchten. |

Ubicación del hotel y vistas al mar desde cualquer habitación; zona tranquila el personal del hotel era muy desagradable; hay que pedir unos veces para que limpien la habitación etc. la mayoria de los anuncion en el hotel salen en aleman; la comida era escasa y de mala calidad; hormigas en la habitación; no habia frigobar; en total el hotel corresponde a 2 estrellas no de las 4 |
