We had 5 couples together and 12 children or more from others staying in Benidorm. Was very nice that during rainy days or cold nights there was always something to occupy the kids. The shows they had were great for occupying the children, but the lengerie modeling was a bit too much, and I sat for 45 minuites in the auditorium(bar area) to save a seat for us and the children in the floor in front of us so we could see them, at the last minuite a woman and her husband brought plastic patio chairs from the pool and put them in the front of the line of seating and the waitors... |

the peice and quite yes we payed for in door parking and had to change to out side as it was so dark no lights and was terrified of falling as we couldent see wear we wear going also the amount of out side stairs from street level to the hotel |

i thought overall the atmosphere and staff where wonderfull. good amenities and food very good for buffet food. pools inside and out where clean there was even a mini gym. close to shops and centre ideal situation and with parking |

This hotel is well maintained and in a good location as it is very central in Benidorm so you can visit the Old Town, beaches or newer areas. It was good to have th indoor pool and Jacuzzi.The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there is lots of free parking in local streets I live in Spain and visit Benidorm regularly on business and this is not the best hotel that we have stayed in. When we arrived we had been moved to the adjoining hotel and we received a fairly frosty greeting and the first thing that happened was that they tried to charge us more than the agreed rate. |

The comfort of the rooms were absolutley brillant. Great location. Food was out of this world. Great choice of food. Play room for kids while you could sit and enjoy a drink. Would definitely stay here again. |

in a very good location near to the beach . and also nice and clean and modern hotel. the meals were also served for a long time which made it easy to eat when you wanted to and not rushed. |

We stayed at the Poseidon Palace, the airco was very good at night and the rooms were cleaned properly every day. You can only sit inside to eat and the food is just average. I would recommend less choice of food but better quality. It would also be nice if you could order fresh orange juice in the morning (have no problem to pay for it). |

El buffet, aunque no muy variado, era de bastante calidad, con varios primeros, varios segundos y varios postres, la habitacion era muy amplia, incluido el baño, y el balcon también, la habitacion tenia aire acondicionado q funcionaba de maravilla, incluido cuando no estabas en la habitacion, y estaba cercano tanto de la playa como del centro. El tener que pagar las bebidas en la comida y la piscina era demasiado profunda y el agua estaba muy caliente, aun asi, estaba bien. |

El confort la limpieza de la habitación, el trato con el personal del hotel, en general las instalaciones del hotel La entrada a la habitación la veo escesivamente tarde, y que cargen nada más llegar al hotel la factura en la cuenta, también el parking que no sea en su totalidad cubierto |

Cercanía a la playa El parking estaba lleno y no pudimos dejar el coche dentro, y es tarea casi imposible aparcar por la zona además de ser toda zona azul. Podían avisar de que existe esa posibilidad en caso de overbooking... La piscina fatal (agua turbia y caliente). La comida poco variada y de escasa calidad |
