It has a good lobby and seminar rooms There is a difference between what they show in Booking and their rooms. In Booking you see modern rooms but rooms are so old and traditional style. |

Good value at a reasonable pirce. Staff was very helpful. Parking availability. shower head and commode didn't work properly, twin beds pushed together. |

Disappointed with cleaners who never replaced used soap and shampoo and never restock the free of charge minibar.Also it has been difficult to re-obtain two pair of shoes forgotten in the room once check out and moved into a more confortable hotel in the city centre (2 stars) |

The suites were very spacious. The station of the metro was within a walk of two minutes. In the vicinity of the hotel there were a lot of places to have breakfast The staff: they were friendly and helpful, but their English was poor and everything first had to be asked for. |

There is no reason to complain. The location was very convenient - close to downdown as well as to the airport. Breakfest was excellent + the time - on Sat & Sat the breakfest was served till 11.30. I really enjoyed the stayed there. I ordered wake up call for 8am but the reception called at 8.30 |

The Hotel is very good: near the Subway Station, free internet, very comfortable and beautiful room. The attendant was so kind with us. We do really recommend this Hotel. It was a great choice. |

Large room, good public areas. Disabled facilities badly thought out (disabled room at maximum distance from lift), shower unusable even by able-bodied (nowhere to place showerhead so it had to be handheld or off, nowhere to place shampoo etc other than out of reach, use of shower wets entire bathroom floor making it lethally slippy). |

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Free bar and internet are great. Location is not 500 m from city center. It is 20 min by metro. |

La amabilidad del personal y la amplitud de las habitaciones. También están bien insonorizadas y no se oyen ruidos externos. En el desayuno pedi unos huevos revueltos y llegaron después de veinte minutos completamente fríos e incomestibles. |

Proximidad a estación de metro. Garaje cómodo. Los fines de semana es posible aparcar en la calle con facilidad. Echo de menos un cajón en la mesilla de noche. Tampoco sobraría un espejo de cuerpo entero. |

Hotel très proche d'une station de métro, très confortable. Le mini bar est inclus ce qui est agréable...sauf que vous n'y trouverez que des bouteilles d'eau! Dommage! |

Me a gustado todo, la relación calidad precio es excelente, el personal a sido muy simpático, nos han dado todo lo que hemos necesitado, además para mi sorpresa la habitación era mucho mejor de lo esperado. Muchas gracias a Booking y a Confortel Suites Madrid por todo. |

Les suites sont vraiment spacieuses. - L'attitude du personnel n'est pas parmis les plus polies. 3 fois j'ai du changer la carte d'acces à ma chambre car elle avait etée programmée pour les mauvaises dates. Internet à la reception indisponible 4 jours sur 5. |
