Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, Nähe zum Flughafen und günstige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Weiterereise und zur Stadt. Eunricht komplett veraltet, Schwimmbad in einem schrecklichen unhygenischen Zustand - nicht benützbar, kein Internet am Zimmer. |

Frühstücksbuffet: für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war das Buffet ein Witz. Der Umfang des Buffets war gerade noch akzeptabel, aber in 14 Tagen, incl. Weihnachten immer dasselbe, überhaupt keine Abwechslung. Dazu schwamm der Frühstückspeck, das Rührei und die kleingeschnittenen Würstchen tief im lauwarmen Olivenöl (verträgt nicht jeder Nichtspanier). man war an der Reception äußerst bemüht, Fragen zu beantworten und Informationen (Stadtplan, Verkehrsverbindungen etc.) weiterzugeben. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war recht großzügig von der Fläche und Komfort ausgestattet. Die Fenster in den Hotelzimmern sind recht klein.Der Gardinenvorhang war nicht korrekt aufgehängt (hing herunter). Wenn wir das bemängelt hätten, wäre er sicherlich kurzfristig repariert worden. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was quite easy. The hotel is very modern. There was no restarant to take an evening meal. The breakfast was not so good. It is quite a long walk to the old town. |

its ok. about 10 mins walk to the bus which will take you to la mosqita. about 35 to 40 mins direct walk. nice hotel but no swimming pool needs a swimming pool and sun baiyhing area. |

The hotel is very new and the room was spacious and comfortable. There are no signs in the city that give hotel directions and since we did not have a GPS, we spent almost 2 hours lost driving around the city looking for the hotel. |

If this is how a four-star hotel should be then I'm the Pope of Rome. I don't wanna say that no-one should stay there but you will see that some three-star hotels of international chains have a better standard. Location: suburb in the sense of Spanish 'suburbio'. The surrounding buildings are housing estates in the not so good sense of the word. |

Very easy access when arriving by road, and only a short walk from the sights. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff efficient, unobtrusive. Very good breakfast buffet. In short, excellent value for money, Will definitely return1 No attractive views from the rooms, but you only had to walk for ten minutes to catch a splendid view of the old town |

great secure parking, easy walk to the old town. 1: one of the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on - it was like sleeping on a table, rock hard. 2: the room was stifling hot which turned out to be because the hotel had turned off the air con at the mains. 3: the emergency light above the door lit the whole room at night. |
